Running around Salem Lake in the fall is so rewarding. The trees along the trail are abundant with color, and their reflection on the lake is breathtaking!

Great during the summer since most of the trail has great cover from trees so you stay in the shade.

I took my Fitwalk class here last fall at 8 AM sharp two mornings a week. Hell to get up that early to march in the cold, but taking the bus to this trail made it all worth while. Priceless view.
