I called Salazar Roofing on 8/25/22 and explained our issue on the roof of our cabin - he said they would go out there and let me know something. Two days later, 8/27 I spoke with them again and he told me he was on his way there at that time and would take pictures and get back to me. It is now 9/15/22 and I have not heard a word from them. I understand that they can be busy, but just be courteous enough to let the person know if you are unable to go look at it or don't want to do the work. It's just good business etiquette.
