  They have good food and ambience but sometimes the waitstaff is rushing you out and are judgmental (size of the order for one person).

  My sister made reservations for this establishment for my 42nd! The server was not friendly and seems a little bothered. I tried to break the ice by asking how she was doing and if she was ok. She responded that she was ok. Now the Hibachi cook was phenomenal! However, the waitress never redeemed herself. The ice cream cake that my sister asked to put in the freezer came out melted. I honestly don't think they even care about customer service. I run a restaurant so I know how this goes. We just won't be returning and Word of Mouth is the biggest importance of a business!

  I've had previous experiences at this location that were ok but the waiter and manager tonight were awful to the point we will not spend another cent with this establishment. The waiters attitude was horrible, he made numerous errors with our orders, and then told us that we ordered wrong, when asked to make the necessary corrections.
  
  When we attempted to discuss it privately with the manager, she completely ignored us since we had already paid.
  
  The interior of the place is becoming dingy and has not been kept up. The bathrooms were also disgusting, with trash all over the floor.
  
  We visited to celebrate a birthday and the experience unfortunately, ruined the evening.

  My favorite Hibachi spot!!! Food is always fresh and flavorful! The sauce the meat and vegetables are grilled in is amazing! Great portions! Try out a Scorpion Bowl!!!

  This place is horrible. I'm seriously writing this review while waiting! We've sat down 6:30 it's not 8pm and we have been waiting for a chef to come cook for us. We spoke to the manager and all we kept hearing was 5 mins. Then they were going to cook our food in the back! No, why pay all this money for them to cook it in the back. This is my first time here. And I will never come back. We just found out they only have one Chef on and all these large parties waiting. Ridiculous!! Never again.

  I guess we went there during an off time because we kinda had the whole section to ourselves! The hibachi guy was pretty cool. The only issue i had was they forgot that we ordered appetizers and we didn't get it. That's the only reason they didnt get 5 stars. Great place though. .make sure you ask them for the soda in the bottle i hear its great.
