One of the best maintained parks on the north side. Though it is located not far off of a major road it's a great place to get away from the city for a few hours. Right next to a golf course, there are picnic shelters, basketball and tennis courts, and a decent disc golf course.
Good place to play golf or disc golf. There's also some fields where I've played ultimate Frisbee and soccer. I saw some water slides too, but it isn't in season
Great park! Quiet area with many trees, easy to get to and well located near a lot of Indy. I love coming here for ultimate. We recently had two full games of about 40 people playing. There was a bunch of soccer games going on at the same time. We all had enough space. It does need a proper pavilion to hide from rain and sun with more adequate bathrooms but there's plenty of space, parking, and best of all no speed bumps!
Great place to walk your dog. mine even goes down the kiddie slides
Very nice park! It is pretty clean. The water was cold though, only few brave ones could get in.
Nice landscape and scenery. Disc golf course is fun, but not the best. Not well labeled or easy to follow. Still offers a good challenge though.
I have been there ever since I was little and I will never forget the amazing water park!
This deserves to have 100,000,000 stars
The water is freezing but I had a great time!
Probably my favorite park in the city. The view is absolutely gorgeous; because it's such an epic climb from the bottom you can see most of the city! Likewise, if you walk towards Jackson street when you're at the top you also get an amazing view of the bay. The playground seems awesome, really family-friendly, and there's usually a bunch of cute dogs running around so that doesn't hurt either. Go! And take a picnic! Woo!
Best park for kids, best water sports, have place to celebrate birthday
