Wife and I purchased a 2018 Rebel and the entire experience was awesome and no pressure at all. Zack Bombard was fun , informative and just plan easy going. We had a blast test driving thing. He and the entire staff stayed late just to help us out and get the truck done thanks to me not making a choice. The poor detail staff detailing something at 9:30 at night but they got the job done and done well.
Jess from the aftermarket section was another happy easy person to chat and had answers to all things needed. We scheduled everything with no trouble and awaiting installation of the items we purchased.
Mary from finance was funny and easy going also. Financing was easy and painless. She went over all pros and cons of not doing something or if you maybe were to over buy on something you may not need.

The Service Department is squared away. I called ahead that I was going to be 15 minutes late to my appointment. Spoke with my service advisor Adam and he assured me that I would be in/out in no time for my lube, oil and filter change. That happened without a hitch. Mission accomplished. I am bringing my car back here every time I need service, great work!

My boyfriend & I just purchased a truck from there today-got a great deal! The only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is because there were a couple of issues with the vehicle (like a squeaky belt &, while test driving the truck, the check engine light came on). BUT our salesman (Noah) made sure these issues got resolved quickly & correctly.
In fact, we give Noah 5 stars. We communicated with him extensively before making a 5 hour drive to get the truck. He made sure it was not bought out from underneath of us and it was detailed upon our arrival. He was very professional, helpful and didn't pressure us at all. He was honest & did everything he could to make sure we had a positive experience. He even helped us transfer our things in the cold/snow from our vehicle we traded in to the new one, which meant a lot to me because he cared equally as much about our experience from the beginning to the end.

Bought a 2017 Dodge Charger Daytona 392 from here. Honestly a good place to do business with. The salesmen Noah was great and worked with me on what I needed. We communicated for almost two months on the vehicle and when it came down in price, we were able to work out a price that worked for both myself and the dealership and I was out the door with the vehicle the following day. Never pressured me into buying it or feel uncomfortable, yet was able to provide all communication I needed and would let me know any updates on the vehicle. Sales manager was also very helpful as well as the Financial manager and Sam who were able to provide me with a great exterior/interior package. I came in and purchased a 2013 Dodge dart 1.4 Turbo. I love my new to me car. They fixed everything that i thought could be wrong. Micheal Brown and Justin Mooney are the two people that worked with me. They were very helpful and respectful. We were in the market for a Jeep Wrangler for some time. We had offers through our bank's car buying program for a dealership in Maryland and had price-checked all throughout Virginia. Wow! What a great experience. Without going into complete detail I'll just say I recently purchased a used Ram from Safford of Winchester and I'm not sure that I’ve been taken care of better when trying to buy a vehicle. Ashley, wow.. To me it didn't seem like she was interested in the sale, she was interested in the person which eventually got her the sale. You could really tell that she was there to help and nowadays that type of relationship is very difficult to find. Mary was personal as well, to the point of at least communicating about the steps being taken to get necessary repairs done. She even sent me a photo on the CD install after it was completed. Knowing that you’re already going to be in the dealership for hours, sure is pleasant when the ride is smooth. Thank you guys so much.
