  There's always a wait to check out, it ruins the shopping experience when your just trying to go home. There's tons of empty check stands but they only open a few.

  All of the staff here are nice, friendly, and have good customer service skills. I've been going to this safeway about once weekly for the last 2 years and have always received good service. Thanks guys! :)

  Pretty large for a Safeway and you can tend to be lost looking for the exact items you need. Staff is friendly but very busy a lot of the time if you have questions. Not sure if they have a movie rental area at this location. No gas pumps at this location.

  Clean and neat. Shopped at 4 PM, some products were low on stock. Good produce. Meat had good sales with club card.

  I'd give it more stars if their hot food section wasn't so poorly managed. The Asian in the army hat is very rude. Usually the food is disgusting and old and I think a lot of waste happens. I have to be very picky with food choices to come out on top.

  Awesome store. I lived in Newcastle for 1 year and used to buy grocery from this store. I never got disappointed with this store. Staff members are very nice and helpful.

  The staff there is always helpful. I love the people in the Deli dept. I usually pick up some quick bites for the kids to snack after school.

  Nice Safeway with excellent customer service and a decent selection. I only wish they had bulk like a lot of Safeways are getting.

  This Safeway has very friendly clerks, is nice and clean and has a great selection of produce. They have 2 for 1 specials on meat weekly.

  Good variety, decent prices when items go on sale, deli has a wide assortment. Even has a Wells Fargo bank and Starbucks inside. Just about everything here

  Friendly cashiers, helpful and friendly staff. Gets super busy around 4-6pm when people are stopping after work. Fried chicken is pretty good fresh (Monday when it's discounted is the best time) but often get old, hard, pieces when it's slow.
