I love the fact that I have a very secure and affordable option for my small business records and I can segment out who sees what complete with an audit log. I have full control over it so I can use one system for my personal and family records in it too. I love the medical card and form! Especially helpful to me personally and in helping my elderly parents with their prescriptions and doctor's appointments. SafelyFiled is a more like a personal cloud service that I don't have to maintain. Their help desk staff is extremely responsive and helpful.

SF has a straightforward layout and is easy to use. I especially appreciate my safelyfiled email address, which I can use to email documents to my account for filing later. Also, the site includes valuable guides to help customers know what they should be documenting. Often we don't realize which records we will need until they are lost to us. It's a very handy resource!

I live in Florida. My daughter/executrix lives in Indiana. I appointed her as co-owner of my Safelyfiled account, which enables her to monitor all my personal deeds, financial accounts, medical needs and final wishes. At my admission to hospital. or death, she can initiate procedures immediately, before heading to Florida.
I update my meds and Dr. opinions at my end, and she is constantly and immediately kept in the loop at her end. I upload copies of my credit cards, a check from my bank, list my user names and passwords to on-line accounts, which enables her to close those accounts at my inability to safely use them or upon my death. Open, inactive accounts are fodder for hackers.
I uploaded priceless photos, copies of birth certificates, DNR, etc. that I may forget the whereabouts of. Safelyfiled has an input area where I can note where the originals are located.
Everyone needs this fantastic service!

Safely Filed has become my goto site for storing important documents and copies of important forms I wouldn't want to lose. Also, SafelyMD is something I can't live without. Being able to update my medical information every time it changes is priceless. Especially since the QR code on my SafelyMD card takes any medical professional directly to the information at them moment they need it.

As a writer, I used to worry that my stories and ideas might get lost if my computer dies or gets hit by a power surge. I also worried that the media I backed up everything on might get lost in a move, burned in a fire or become outdated and no longer accessible like the floppy disk. Now, I keep my work on SafelyFiled and never worry about it. I know where to find everything. And, I can share only what I want to with anyone just by moving selected items into a designated folder and allowing, through an email, access to that specific information.

I am only skimming the surface of what SafelyFiled and SafelyMD are capable of and what I am grateful for. Thank you, SafelyFiled team for creating this wonderful utility. I'd be lost without it.
