FRAUD ALERT! STAY AWAY FROM SFL. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. if you want your package to reach your family NEVER TRUST SFL. It won't reach and they don't even know where your package is. I was recommended by a friend to use their service and till date regret that decision. its the worst service ever. I sent my package to India in June through SFL. till date its not delivered. my family sent a package from India to US in August through Indian Postal Service and I received it within 20-25 days. Now we have been calling SFL day and night (both in US and India) and we get typical customer service response: the contact person is busy on another call, it will reach in 2 days, we are also surprised why its not reached, we understand your position, we will get back to you in 24 hours with the update. today we got the response that your contact person is no longer with the company and the best and ultimate was "simply hang up the phone on the customer with no reply". I am forced to give them a start to submit my review but to be honest, they don't deserve even a bad star. Thanks to SFL my niece didn't get a Diwali gift from her aunt this year

Great prices. Got shipping done for 40% of market price. Team was quick in providing labels and walked me through clearly on how to do my international shipping. I am going to use sfl for all my shipping needs and strongly recommend it.

I recently bought return gift items from Indian online store and the shipment was received in 3 to 4 days. Goods are packed very well and the quality is very good. We received our order today. Thank you again for the fantastic follow up and customer service. From sending all tracking information to delivery in under 4 days. The packaging was excellent and secure. Everything arrived in perfect condition. We will be regular customer would suggest this service to my friends as well.

Used them for my recent move in Eddison after a family member recommended them. They were friendly and professional. They were efficient and we didn't have to worry about anything once they arrived. They even went above and beyond what was included in the quote and assembled part of our bed for us. There was a small adjustment to our initial quote because we hadn't mentioned a flight of stairs at the delivery address, but the amount was very reasonable and they explained everything clearly. We also underestimated the number of boxes we had and forgot to include a few things in the inventory, and they did not charge us extra for any of that. We will definitely use them when we move next time, and will recommend them to our friends.

I needed to send a few documents to India urgently during the last Christmas season. I checked with the American couriers DHL, FEDEX, etc directly and they were charging close to $100! Moreover they said, it may take 8 to 10 days to deliver and they couldn't guarantee any date! Then I found SFL in my Google search for other companies, called them up and they quoted less than $40! I had not used their services before so I asked them several questions. The agent was very courteous and patiently explained to me everything. So went with them. Later during the process, I encountered a small hitch so I sent them an email and they promptly responded with the solution! The best of all, the documents reached India in just 3 days! I was very happy with the overall experience. I highly recommend them.

I found SFL worldwide online to courier packages from India to USA; I shipped around 10kg of shipment from Ahmedabad to USA with gifts for my nephew. Shipment took around 7 days from pickup to delivery. My nephew was happy to see gift from India. Shipment process was overall straight forward I had to schedule shipment on their website and next day guy came to my door to arrange pickup. I was able to track package online as well. Overall, I am satisfied with service I received from SFL and will look forward to use their services in future.

Have used SFL worldwide 3 times for coast to coast moves. Always found the cheapest rates and great customer service. Would recommend for your shipping needs. You are usually paired with a moving coordinator and it is very helpful to be dealing with a single person, in case you need to make changes etc. Also, currently due to pandemic, if you run into any issues, contact their service department and they will take care of it promptly.

Pathetic, poor and unprofessional service. Guys if you are sending any shipment to International locations, I suggest you to not use this service. They don't have end to end service. They use different agents, courier services to manage shipments. They are not authorized for running a shipment business in India yet they operate don't know how (that's what their customer care guy Mr. Saumin Shah from India told me). Did not reply back to my calls or emails. I called 60-70 times over two months and after almost 75 days my shipment arrived.
The lowest degree of service not even third class probably lower than that. I would never ever recommend this to anyone.response / report this review -

From SFL Worldwide, I got good deal to send documents to India. Most Important I got cheap rates as compare to other services. And with this I also got tracking number and documents will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

I have my Sony LED 55'' TV through SFL from Saint Louis, MO to Kolkata, India. It was really a hassle free shipment. Also the price was very cheap compared to others. They delivered my TV on the door step. Very friendly. Recommended for all.

AMAZING service! This company is the ONLY company I will recommend for anyone moving locally or relocating.
They arrived on time, took great care with my things. Got everything packed up with precision.
Moving is stressful, even in the midst of joy but the team did a great job!
The team went above and beyond just wrapping and packing my furniture and their team in India helped me to set it all up at the new house and recommending where things such as my bed should go in the room so that all the furniture would fit.
Fast, careful, and gentle with breakable items. Definitely a 5-star recommendation.
Thank you for making that leg of my move smoothie and hassle free.

It's moving company help me from start to finish to get me out of my house. I was surprised how great of a job they did, because for the most part moving is really difficult and it's hard to decide on which moving company to go with. the reason to give one star is you would face difficulties in getting the tracking number. Once parcel is picked up from India it may take couple of days for you to get tracking number. if this is the case how would you the track the consignment/parcel. I would not recommend their service, instead I would prefer to use DHL/fedex directly in India if you are staying in Big cities than their service is better than SFL
