Kevin was great to work with ! I found several body shops in this part of the bay area - some had great reviews but I'm happy I chose S.R. Auto Service. Kevin was sympathetic to our situation and was great to work with throughout (handled insurance and car rentals). He kept me informed via texts about the progress and the repair job was amazing ! Worst experience I ever had, do not go here nor recommend anyone! The worker said In order to pass inspection I needed a new air filter and windshield wipers, this is a lie. Also, I filled my wiper fluid the other day and my wipers fine. When they took my car into the shop and I was outside all of a sudden there was a rip in my wiper, I am 100% accusing them of damaging my wiper for an up sell. They tried to charge $55 for wipers and $30 for an air filter. They then said I had to wait an hour lmao this place is a joke and very unprofessional, these are the type of people that give nyc mechanics a bad name. Care about your customers instead of trying to make quick money by lying and damaging their personal belongings. Point blank, this place should be shut down ASAP.

Sam and his brother are great! I reached out to them one time because I thought I had issue with my battery. They quickly dispatched a car to help me jumpstart. Turned out the problem was the alternator, but once that was diagnosed, the problem was resolved within 24 hours. Incredibly pleasant experience and I’d highly recommend them!
