We had a sewage back up in one our commercial buildings. Called Robert and his crew and Rytech and they took care of it. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and the cost was below what I was expecting. I would hire them again in an instant.
Back in February we had a waste line issue that caused a terrible mess at my home. The folks at Rytech took care of the waste water issue with speed, expertise and enthusiasm. We joked a bit about never wanting them in my house again, but it was because I didn't want a waste line issue again! if I ever have a need for their service I will absolutely be reaching out to them!!
In fact, as an insurance professional, I refer them to my clients regularly because I appreciate their customer centered processes. They know that their clients are calling them with something very stressful that needs attention as soon as possible. They are responsive to that need in a way that takes the stress out of the situation and starts the process of getting the clients' life back to normal.
Great experience and service the whole way through. They were able to come out and perform an inspection the same day I called to confirm I had mold in my air vents. Less than a week later, they got someone back out to perform the cleaning. The team was thorough, courteous, and fast.
We had a storage closet leaked and cause water damage to dry wall and wood floor. The guy initially quoted us 1 day of work. It turned into a full day and two additional half days. They did an uneven job cutting out the drywall and did a several cuts into the drywall but did not remove that said drywall so now there are just random cuts in good drywall. I personally could have cut this drywall out better and prepare it for the reinstall better than this. The flooring had some sort of adhesive under it making it really hard to get the wood up which I did feel bad about but I was paying them good money to remove it. So they left many many pieces of wood and splinters throughout the area. They also left the adhesive in place which they even said “don’t walk barefoot on that” I explained I have two dogs that roam to the manager and the adhesive will need to come up. We were told that was the flooring people’s job. So now I have sat here waiting for the flooring contractors having to cover the area in rugs so my dogs could roam safely without sticking or being stabbed by wood. My fiancé and I were able to get the wood and adhesive up by pouring Sentinel 747 and scraping it up. During this process was when we really realize how poorly of a job they did, there was pieces of wood severely jammed under the door frames and baseboards that they did not remove. I paid over two grand for a small area of work and left having to spend 300$ in material and equipment and my time to finish the job I already paid for. Not to mention, I was hounded for final payment for a month after I did pay. I had to hunt down where the payments cleared and where I had emailed other people about it and sending screenshots. Very poor communication within the company. Very sad with our experience considering how well it started with the manager coming out same day to give estimate. I hope others have a better experience than I did. I attached the floor from how they left it to how it looked after we finished the job ourselves.
I had the best experience (as far as having to even deal with this type of situation goes), the guys at Rytech took such good care of me and made it all the less stressful. Josh G. was fast at calling me back to set up something and faster at completing the job. He was very knowledgeable and great at explaining everything to me in detail. I would definitely recommend and use again .
