We asked RYGID AV to provide assistance with improving the media system at our church. Ben conducted a very comprehensive discovery process, listening carefully and providing clear feedback. John and his assistant, cleaned up the rats nest of wires that had accumulated over years, corrected some problems and adjusted the sound system for clarity. They provided a very complete, detailed, phased proposal for upgrades to sound and live streaming. Very pleased with their approach, responsiveness, knowledge and attitude.
