Unresponsive, dishonest, and crooked. His “family law” attorney, Aimie, flat out lied to my face during my initial visit about the at fault laws in Louisiana. My ex wife took my children and moved them out of state in June of 2021 and as of may 2022 the matter still hasn’t been brought before the courts. I begged them to do the job I paid them to do, literally with tears in my eyes and Rusty’s response was “I wish you would just fire us instead” and offered to give me $2000 of my $7000 retainer back. Upon meeting with an actual attorney I found out the paperwork they filed was useless as it was written incorrectly, had conflicting statements, and lacked many of the stipulations I asked for. You would be better bringing a blow up doll in a goodwill suit to court than having this pathetic excuse for a lawyer on your side.

I filed a complaint with the Louisiana Bar Association and when I was contacted by them, they said that they know exactly who he is and already have a pile of complaints that sound just like mine.
