    I stopped in today to test drive, and ask a few questions about, a 2012 Ford Fiesta. John Trotter was very professional and worked hard to help me find a good deal. He wasn't pushy in the slightest. In the end, I decided I wasn't ready to take the leap yet, and John was very understanding. He also supplied lots of helpful advice for my car search. I look forward to returning to Rusty Eck when I am ready to buy. Thank you for your help, John, and I'm sorry we couldn't make a deal today.

    Excellent service from the young man who greeted me in the walk-in (fast) services department at about 2:00 pm on Wednesday, 12-6-2017. I had brought in my car for an overdue oil change and he talked with me about my need for a new air filter, etc., which I greatly appreciated. Then he used a $50 credit I didn't know I had to make the whole experience even better. Thanks so much.

    Chris Fontes is the BEST! He knows my husband and I on a first name basis, and ALWAYS gives us the best service. When we were looking for a new vehicle, the first question asked: Is Chris still in the service department? Chris is the reason we continue to do business at Rusty Eck Ford. We trust he will give us a truthful answer and value his expertise. Thank you, Chris, for treating us like family and insuring we have the best care.

    John Dotts, my salesperson and his manager Mike Sell are awesome people to work with. And thanks John Trotter for helping me also. They all made the impossible possible! Thanks to God for good people in the world like them. And thanks to everyone else at Rusty Eck Ford! Great place to buy a F150 at. And by the way, F150 is undeniably the best half ton truck you can buy. Hands down! Great job and thanks guys!

    I went into Rusty Eck to get my oil changed and while I was getting my oil changed, the guys in Quick Lane told me that I had a recall on my door hinges. They directed me to the services guys and when I called, they were super helpful and very nice. They told me I could bring my car over that day and get them replaced. I took it over after my oil change was finished and they were able to get my car in right away. I got set up with a rental car so I could back to work. When I returned to pick up my car, they informed me that my clutch was broken, they took out my transmission and replaced it for me, and for free since I had a warranty. They also vacuumed and washed my car as well. I will definitely be going back for any of my car maintenance needs.

    Jamal at Rusty Eck Ford was awesome! I have never had such a great car buying experience!! We bought an amazing car at a great price in 1.5 hours. We had been to several car dealerships in Wichita and gotten the run around and terrible deals and kept in cubicles for hours at a time, and then came here. Jamal was honest, straight forward and polite. The service center has already contacted me to follow up on getting the promised work done from when we bought the vehicle. I can say, Jamal will be my go to guy for vehicle purchases from now on!

    We had a wonderful experience at Rusty Eck Ford. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We even got to enjoy a taco bar lunch! It was our best car shopping experience ever, hands down. And best yet, we left with the car that we wanted with a great price!

    These guys are fools. Do not take any vehicles there to be repaired. Evidently since I'm a female, the decided to tell me some crazy crap about what was wrong with my car. They told me my car had a fuel pump gasket leak which was causing an oil leak at the front of the car. Needless to say I thought it was strange and had them write down what was wrong. I told my husband who's been a mechanic for 20 years and he didn't even know how that was possible. Long story short, there was a leak in the fuel delivery system that was causing the fuel leak and also the oil leak. They fixed it for $600 dollars and believe me, if it wasn't under warranty, I wouldn't have had them fix it at all. Run far away from these guys. They aren't honest folks.

    As part of my service I had asked to have the wiper blades changes, but they did not have the correct ones on hand at the time. They were so kind and gave me the service free to make up for it. They are always professional and pretty quick as well.

    Great customer service from the time you walk in to that moment you drive off. Sales people,financing, and shop are the best I've ever seen. Corn!! Love ya dude for walking me through the process!! Excellent dealership.Highly recommend!

    Not going to lie, I went because I had a free oil change certificate. I was very pleased, though, when I was able to drive right in and get my car taken care of by Chris. This young man was professional, personable and helpful. I am a teacher and seeing young people doing things that they seem to enjoy makes me happy. I was told it would take about 30 minutes, so I went for a walk. I came back about 30 minutes later and Chris saw me, told me that my car was done, he just wanted to wash it for me. Great service all around.

    I would like to thank Glenn Williams Service Advisor for going the extra mile with the recall service done on my 2013 Mustang GT on 1/25/17. Without me asking or knowing anything about the car, Glenn took it upon himself to secure and watch over my car by keeping it inside the service area until I arrived to pick it up. The car is a Customized Promo car from John Force Racing and Castrol which my son had won. The little extra care puts Glenn Williams and Rusty Eck put forward shows they actually care for the customer.
