Having a lawyer who knows what you are going against & has done so many times before is an experience you need when battling for SSDI. It took 2 visits a year apart until they agreed to take my case, but i am glad they did & glad i went back. There were no surprises. They thought i had a good case & indeed they were right. They answered all my questions & when the case was over it was soon closed.
No major complaints from me they were very professional.

Dustin helped me attain my Certificate of Discharge, which needed to be backdated and was successfully done so! He was prompt and super flexible. Dustin and his team kept me informed during the process and always promptly responded to my questions. Jade was also super helpful and kind!

I needed my rights restored due to some teenage run one with the law. They were able to get right to it and get a complete restoration in pretty reasonable time considering a pretty long shutdown due to covid-19. They were able to accommodate my schedule and get important documents to me quickly and we're professional and courteous. They definitely know what they're doing.

When I first moved to Washington I was rearended and sustained a severe neck injury not knowing what my rights were or what I was entitled to in regards to help with my medical bills I reached out Russell & Hill out of Everett and Jim quickly began working with me to ensure that my family was taken care of. Let me begin by saying this is my first experience with a debilitation car wreck and I really did not know where to turn. I am an elderly woman and needed a lawyer to really take a leadership role in my case. I contacted Matt Russell, he reassured me he would take control from that moment forward and he did just that.

He completely handled all aspects of the case from case management, to doctors, to getting medical bills reduced etc. He made me feel I did not have to worry because he would do that for me. Matt always responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. The only advice I would give, make sure you have the maximum coverage on your uninsured/underinsured motorist policy. It is inexpensive and will only hurt you in the long run if you do not have it.

As far as Matt Russel goes you are in good hands and I would recommend him highly.

Three months ago my life was turned upside down and I found myself in need of a lawyer, I found Dustin Burk with Russell & Hill. He was amazing, so helpful and knew exactly what we needed to do to get through the case. He discussed with me several times where we were at with things and always kept me in the loop and updated me with all the information as he received it. Most Patient and Polite and Professional Attorney

I hired Dustin to tackle a case involving my 17 year old son that was involved in trafficking of stolen property. My son made a very poor choice to assist a "friend" of his and it ended it up with major consequences. I did not know what to do or where to turn. Dustin was recommended through various sources so I contacted him immediately. He took the time to listen to me and my son and put all the pieces together. He represented us in a such a professional and positive manner that to this day I still commend him for. I was very scared and nervous at first and panicked a few times but he calmed my nerves with precise explanations and how the process would proceed. He and his firm even met with the prosecutor to discuss the possibility of reducing the sentence. They came to an agreement and now my son is no longer facing a felony charge as long as he obeys the court's instructions (which I and his dad will see to!!). I have never been through this before and I thank Dustin and Russell & Hill for every minute and effort they put into this for my son. I hope to never have to retain their services again but in the unfortunate non-forseen future, if I do then Dustin and his firm will be the first call I make. Thank you Dustin. I am forever grateful.

After hiring Dean Swanson to take on my case, I only regretted that I didn't make the decision sooner. Almost 4 years ago, I was driving on I-5 and rear ended at a dead stop by an SUV moving at 60 MPH. It was a 4 car pile up which caused me to miss work for almost a year.

For the first two years I handled everything myself, but dealing with a major insurance company is a huge task. Even though my injuries were still prevalent, I decided to try to move on, and get this case behind me. I was ready to just take whatever settlement, get by hospital bills paid, and be done with it.

After being slapped in the face with a low-ball offer from the insurance company, I decided to take the advice of a friend who referred me to Dean.

I truly wish I would have done it earlier. He knows the game, and he knows how to win.

While it did take a good amount of time to finish this ordeal, it paid off in the long run. Dean was able to prove beyond any doubt that my case was exactly what I knew it was, and won me an award almost 10 times the amount of the initial low-ball offer.

Dean understands what his clients are dealing with, and will fight tooth and nail to back them up. He's a pleasure to work with, and a true professional. He never over promised on any outcome, but he definitely over delivered. I'm confident that he consistently produces favorable results.

I would recommend not being taken advantage of by an insurance company. In my humble opinion, Dean is really the only choice when it comes to who you want on your team.

Jim was the most amazing attorney. He handled my case quickly and professionally, plus he won!! He responded to all my emails promptly and walked me through the whole process. He took his time with me and I truly felt that he cared about me and wasn't just in it for the money as a lot of attorneys are. When my car accident happened I didn’t think there was any reason to get an attorney. I waited a long time and did my best to deal with everything myself. But as my medical bills starting piling up and my PIP ran out, I just couldn't keep track of everything anymore. I was afraid that if I tried I might miss something and then I’d end up owing medical bills down the road. The day I called Russell & Hill was the day all of that stress evaporated for me.
They were professional and friendly, they explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my case. They gave me valuable input and advice before I even signed with them. And once I made the decision to go with their firm, I never had to deal with the hassle of talking to the insurance companies or any of the medical bills anymore. It made the whole process so much easier. I didn't need to worry about a thing because they had it all covered.
In the end, they were able to get me a settlement that exceeded any expectations I ever had. The only thing I regret is not calling them sooner. When you're in an auto accident (no matter how big or small) and are injured, you need to be able to focus on healing and getting yourself better. Russell & Hill allowed me to do this. Dean Swanson really is the best around. He was recommended by a family member and I could not have made a better choice for myself and my case. I was involved in a car accident a few years back and he truly makes you feel better about everything. I never had to call or email to see where the case was at, he is very good communicating to his clients. I never felt like I did not have his support,and my thoughts and feelings were always in the forefront of all decisions. I could not thank him enough for everything he has done for us.
