I did not buy my Kia Optima at this place, however, I did have it serviced here. The lady that answers the phone in the service department is VERY VERY rude. She needs customer service skills ASAP. (That is the ONLY reason for my 2 star rating.)

Goss was great to deal with. Entire experience was awesome. Purchased a used vehicle and shopped about 500 vehicles before purchase. Felt I was treated very fair and Goss kept his word through entire processnot to mention he is also my Brother in Christ!!!

Without a doubt the best place to buy a vehicle in the area. Staff is friendly and understanding. They don't give you that awful stare when they see your credit. They look for options to get you what you need. I couldn't be happier with my purchase or the dealership.

WOW! great car buying experience, very professional, easy to deal with and work with. Honest and helpful in every way possible. Did not try to work me into a bigger vehicle actually showed me just what I needed to drive back and forth to work. Eddie is fantastic to work with. Go see Eddie Youngblood if you are looking for a new or used car, you will be glad you did and tell them Zach Murray sent you.

I drive 30 miles to have my car serviced and would drive twice that to have these people work on my car. They are kind, responsive, detailed, and professional. I took advantage of a free car wash and expected them to hit and miss. My car absolutely sparkled ! Love, love, love this business and would highly recommend them!

Great experience! They were extremely kind during our visit. My children were given their own coloring books and crayons. They loved this! Our wait was very reasonable and was very comfortable with the lounge provided. Very happy customer!!
