John Russo is the person to see at Russ Milne Ford! John is smart, knowledgeable, knows his inventory and he even knew about all the discounts we could use. John has been selling Fords for a long time and he is patient with all your questions (and we had lot!) My husband fell in love with the new 2018 F-150 4 x 4 Supercrew and now its his baby! Go see John Russo he will definitely take care of you! We were very impressed with his service! PS Meet Russ Milne too, he was walking in the show room while we were there, super nice guy!

Currently at dealership as I write this review. I dropped my fusion off at 730 this morning and it is now 5 pm and my car has not been touch. When I showed up at 3pm was told yupnot sure we can fix your car today. I said well I will wait as I have no way home. Told well we at open until 9pm. Are you kidding me. I was not told when I dropped off 730 am that would not be fixed. I willm be looking for new dealer.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Russ Milne Ford, especially with our dealer representative John Russo. He was kind, professional, and did everything he could to make sure (as first time leasers) that we would get a beautiful car. He got us great deals on the 2018 Ford Escape SE and we are completely satisfied that everything was done in a timely manner, it couldn't have gone better! We will always recommend our friends to John Russo at Russ Milne Ford.

My transmission has gone out 4 times in 3 years. While I realize the dealership is not to blame for the crappy workmanship creating this problem, they do not make it better by charging me $105 to reprogram the transmission control computer. It will repeat this behavior 3 months from now. The service manager really should be eating this one. REALLY! This is not good customer service!!!

Not good. Asked if they had a platinum 2018 truck we could look at. The saleslady said there were 3 to look at toward the woods. We got tired of walking trying to find even one. We wanted to compare the 2018 limited to the platinum. Ready to buy. The place may be big but not helpful.

My husband and I have purchased/leases many vehicles here. They are very helpful, relaxed and not pushy at all. I highly recommend them.

RUSS MILNE FORD SALES DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE. The worst experience with a car dealership ever. I went to this dealership to turn in my leased vehicle. All of the sales reps were sitting around in the showroom gabbing away, nobody offered assistance. After finally getting the attention of one of the sales reps and explaining why I was there, I was made to feel stupid and he didn't bother to explain the process I obviously knew nothing about. Instead I was turned away after being essentially laughed out of the dealership. I offered a few insults on my way out and as I was walking away one of the reps mumbled something under his breath. I went back to confront him and he of course turned away faster than I could get to him. It was really embarrassing as my Mother was standing here to witness all of this. I will literally do everything in my power to see that nobody wastes their time going there like I did. If I could give negative stars I would. The sales reps here could literally care less about you or any one of your friends and family.

If you value your time and want to be treated fairly, I recommend having your Ford serviced elsewhere.
I recently booked an appointment, confirmed parts were available and made arrangements to deliver the truck for service including arranging rides to and from the dealer. The following day after dropping off the truck, I was informed that the parts were "broken" they would need to reorder and I would have to reschedule service. This was a recall issue. We brought the vehicle down from up north for service. Bringing it back is a major undertaking. They did do the front end alignment that we requested, charged $90.00 to perform a "four" wheel alignment on a two wheel drive Ranger, not sure how that is even possible, there is no adjustment for the rear wheels. When I asked the service writer he said they check a bunch of stuff. I will NEVER be be back for service. There is a reason this dealer has a collection of one star ratings, the culture is obviously not customer focused.

Oh believe me I have contacted GM AND they aren't doing anything. As far as I'm concerned, if the GM isn't taking this seriously I'm sure Ford, or BBB will influence a moral check on customer service there. Duane spent 45 minutes trying to convince me nothing was wrong with my 360 camera, when it was clear that something was wrong. When lines of a parking spot become diagonal, there's something wrong. Apparently, those are imaginary lines and don't exist, and I never realized it before. That's what happens when they replace your mirror for $700 and find something else that needs to be fixed and they don't know how to fox it He literally spent 45 minutes trying to convince me I was wrong, when I was actually right. Service tech took 2 minutes to realize, yeah this clearly isn't right. Duane, the body shop manager, was clearly using immoral, mendacious tactics. $150,000 in sales for gifts for my groomsmen out the window because of him there's a reason why there is just as many one star reviews as there are 5 star reviews. Save yourself a trip and don't make a mistake coming here.

I went to the service department for an oil change this morning. I arrived around 9:00 and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I waited about two hours and was told they were about done and was told my brakes needed to be replaced. I was going to schedule and appointment to do so but ended up being able to get someone to come pick me up to get lunch while I waited so decided to have them done while I was there. When I came back from lunch I was told that the man working on my car decided to go eat lunch since I had gone to eat. The purpose of me leaving was to kill time in hopes that my car would continue to be worked on while I was away. I waited an additional hour and a half after returning. In total I was at the dealship for almost 6 hours today. It would be nice if there was a water cooler available so that people waiting that long could at least get a cup of water. This was my second trip to this location and the wait was pretty excessive both times. The customer service was good overall, very friendly, it just made for a very long frustrating day off.

Took my car there because I had low tire pressure and asked for my tires to be looked at because it was weird that the pressure would go down by itself with it being warmer. All they did was put air in the tires and sent me on my way without looking to see if there may have been something in the tire. Had to take my car there again because I had the same issue and talked to a manager about it and he pretty much made excuses for his employee saying that well, people bring their car in all the time and generally air does it and that he may have checked the tires and just didn't see anything and continued stating this after I had mentioned I was in and out within a few minutes. Even if the employee did check, he did an awful job checking(which also should be addressed) because I had to get two tires patched.

I scheduled an appointment to have my sunroof fixed on a lease vehicle. When I dropped my vehicle off I was told that the tech that works on sunroofs was off that day, but they would still look at it. I finally got a call saying I would have to bring the vehicle back. Why waste my time? Why let me come in that day at all? I had to make special plans to get to and from work and wasted an entire day. The only reason I chose to have my car serviced at this dealer was because I use their parts department frequently for my family's business and the guys in that department are awesome. I wish I could say the same about the service department. I am extremely disappointed that my time meant nothing to them. I will assume that it is because they were making zero dollars off of me. Very disappointing.
