  It’s hard for me to overstate my satisfaction with James Rush and his team. I’ve worked a lot with lawyers, so I recognize excellent work when it’s done. Mr. Rush not only obtained a worthy settlement (in my case the maximum my insurance policy allowed) but also related to me in a very caring and responsive way.   Rush was outstanding with my case. Every individual who I spoke to from the office was helpful, patient, and extremely informative. I would have been at a complete loss if it was not for the hard work, support and direction I was honored to have from Mr. Rush and the brilliant team in his office. I cannot recommend this firm enough- although they are personal injury, they are helpful with referrals to trustworthy attorneys in an area you may inquire. Thank you again, Rush!!

  Mr. Rush and his staff were so caring & professional. Constant communication with clear instructions. The State has hampered attorneys by changing the laws. Mr. Rush negotiated the best possible settlement allowed. A firm that will give you the best service. I found them on the front of my phone book yellow pages and am grateful for their top notch help. I did not pay anything out of pocket. When you are unable to work and hurting this is a relief. Thanks again to this wonderful law firm.

  Following a car accident back in September of 2022 and suffering significant injuries as a result, reached out for legal help from Rush injury Law. They assisted in making this process less stressful while continued to heal. They were able to get me a fair settlement to cover my losses and make me feel somewhat whole again.   I made the perfect choice hired Rush Injury Law firm. A year ago I got into a car accident, it was a T-bone accident. I Thought I was a goner but I did survive. After taking to a client of my and she highly recommended Rush Injury Law firm. So I took my chances and contacted them.
  After taking with Mr. Rush and listening to his comfort words and details of how he will and can helps me with my case, I decided to have him on my side immediately even though I was going to get another company taken care of my case because my friend recommended me to the other Law firm.
