  I can not express how grateful I am to have been recommended to rush evictions, Raul is a very professional individual that remained in contact with me during the difficult times. In after given a 3 day notice my tenant refused to leave my property even though he was not in any circumstances of being affected by covid. Raul contacted me as soon as he was aware of the courts being opened and started my filing as soon as possible. Thanks to all of his hard work and consistency I am able to say thank you and am now a happy stress free landlord!

  Excellent service. They do what they offer and more and very fast. They resolve my situation with good sense of humor. The tenants did not wanted to leave and they were able to resolve it without mayor problems. We really recommend that you talk to Raul, he will always find a way to find the best solution for you

  Raul is very knowledgeable and attentive. On the chance he doesn't answer your call on the first ring, he always gets back to you right away.
  
  My notices were served on the very day I sent him the request. Would definitely recommend for eviction services. Friendly service to landlords as well!

  Raul’s team did a great job and my tenant left within the 3 day notice period. If you need an eviction done, call Raul. He will get on it. This is the best service I’ve ever seen over the past 25 years.
