The place is a mess from the outside in. The parking lot is a disaster, the entryway always filthy, and the inside dirty. The stock is half unpacked, can't find anything, and nobody seems to know anything.

We used to shop here at least once a week and now only come when we absolutely can't find what we need somewhere else. Since "reorganizing" the store, it is very difficult to find anything. Things are on the wrong shelves, packages are open and spilled, they run out of common items a lot. Employees are too busy talking to each other to help and just point at the opposite end of the store when you ask where something is. And with all the money spent on other parts of the store, seriously, when are you going to fix your parking lot?? At least paint new lines so it's not such a cluster!

I wish there was a negative star ratingI have been in this store during chick days and there is nothing I hate more than to see chicks with pasty butt. I asked several people if anyone was in charge of taking care of the chicks. NO ONE knew what the heck was going on. I ended up taking one chick to the bathroom because he was trying so hard to poop. It broke my heart. But as soon as I got his butt cleaned he pooped a massive poop, he was so backed up. Last year I saw the same thing with this specific store. Every employee has a different excuse. They shouldn't be able to sell chicks. There is absolutely NO excuse for this.
