Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Inventory of newer model shoes is competitive with online prices. Carries a wide variety of running shoes including niche brands like Hoka One and Altra as well as standard offerings like New Balance, Mizuno, and Brooks. Some apparel is available but tends to be pricey.

Got a pair of running shoes there which were pretty expensive in my opinion ($180) but I have issues with my feet that requires shoes that can support my arch plus an orthotic. The sales person was very helpful in fitting and finding the right shows. The shoes started to fall apart within a couple of weeks, by week 3 they looked like my old ones of 5 years, I don't run, so it was not use and abuse. I contacted the store and they were super nice, didn't give me a hard time and quickly offered to exchange them. Since we believe I just was unlucky and got a bad batch I got the same shoes which they had ran out of, so they ordered from another store for me. Great customer service experience.

I went in there today trying to find good running shoes. Never got acknowledged or said I'll be there with you after this customer. Horrible customer service!!! Never returning

Great place to get fitted for shoes. They check your gait and offer several different choices of shoes to try on.

I was there about two weeks ago on a Friday afternoon. I walked around the store at least three times..about 20 minutes! There was only one other customer who did get help! I wasn't even acknowledged!! I found no prices on anything, salesperson wouldn't even ask me if I needed help! I was sent there by a friend and was going to buy some new shoes and a couple of tank tops! I would never recommend the Piper Glen store or probably Run for your Life!

I can't say enough good things about this store. I am a runner with MS, and running shoes have always made my feet go numb if I wear them for too long before I go for my run. I met with Justin and he listened to my concerns, evaluated my foot and my stride, and had me try on 4-5 pairs of shoes to decide the best fit. The shoes I purchased are super comfortable and I have not had any problems with my feet so far. Great place! :)
