  Amazing experience! Martha was awesome! Service on point..our steaks were perfectly seasoned and cooked to temp..I had my new york strip done peppercorn asiago style..with grilled zucchini and asparagus..excellent!! Best meal Ive had in a while..but service again was exceptional! Thank you Martha!

  Food was really good and our waitress, Kim F. Was very nice, friendly and helpful. I will be asking for her when I go back. Best service I have ever received there.

  They have never let us down. My family and I ordered take out from here about a month ago and when my son and I got there to pick it up, they were all VERY accommodating. We were even given a gift certificate and a couple of coupons for our future orders. The salad bar is my favorite. All very fresh ingredients and well kept. I love that it's close to home and we can grab a quick bite to eat whenever...

  You know, 2 years ago this place was excellent and always packed. It's gone down, especially the salad bar. The salad bar had lettuce and veggies that were old and visibly showing signs of browning, shrinking due to age, and early stages of spoiling. The salad bar salads (like the pasta salads) were dried out from sitting too long. Other items were just out. The bacon bits, however, were very good. The past 3 hamburgers I've had here have been a mixed bag. Cold, not cooked to the right specs (medium), or with fries that were soggy from sitting for a while. Look, it can be good but you never know what you will get. My last visit I asked for a medium burger with fries. I got a medium rare burger with hot fries. Still good but not right. But, the salad was awful. I have a feeling that this place won't be there much longer.

  Service was very slow. The server did not come back to see if we needed or wanted anything not even a refill on our drinks. The food has increased in price and the biscuits have been eliminated. We had to get her attention in order to get our check and a take out container.

  I had a great crispy chicken salad, there were a lot of choices to choose from off the menu. I even had desert. Pumpkin cheesecake cake. The flavor just made my taste buds explode.

  As a manager in the food service industry. You do not serve old/rancid meat. Steak was rancid and then cooked. Been here before but now either under new management that doesn't care about you the customer and won't comp your meal.

  Poor customer service from the door! Had to seat ourselves. Most tables were dirty. When they were cleaned they smelled like moldy rags. No utensils, bisquits etc. Had to wait an unbelievable time for our food. ....which was barely warm......that had NOT run out of. This was dinnertime on a Sunday. The waitstaff needs to be properly trained. Several customers left. It costs more to recruit NEW customers than to retain OLD ones! Good customer service is very important to the success of any business.

  Waitress never checked on our table. My wife had to get up and look for her. Took forever to get a refill on a drink. When she finally brought it, we were getting ready to leave and finished with our food. Should've gone somewhere else to spend my $60 with much better service!

  Will not be going back.
  Tuesdays are posted as Kids Eat Free from 5pm to Close. We were told we could not get the free meals (2 kids) on one check but they could split the check and we could get them free. Waitress spilled our drinks and I had to ask her 2 different times for napkins. We were not given any utensils and when they were brought, half of them were stained or plain out dirty. Too much vinaigrette on the chicken fresco and only brought 4 biscuits two different times for a table with 5 people sitting. 3 children were given coloring pages but no crayons until we asked, again two different times.
