  Good food, intimate atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and the food was fantastic. I had the slider burgers with onion rings and the salad bar; it was so wonderful and satisfied my craving for a good crunchy onion ring.

  Took my sister out for her birthday. She loves to go to Ruby Tuesdays. The salad bar was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved it.

  I ordered Ruby Tuesday to go online after my dine in plans changed. I've ordered online with them before, so it was fast and easy (self explanatory). When I arrived inside the restaurant at the bar area the bartender was just bringing out my order and asked if I were Tamaria and I concurred. I received stellar customer service, along with quick transaction processing and my entree was awesome. I had a great experience with my to go order. Thanks Ruby for getting back on the track and I truly hope you remain consistent. By the way, the new salad bar is amazing with better selections. A huge improvement on their part.

  Service was super slow but friendly. Apps arrived after entree. Ate off the salad bar and was sick the entire next day.

  Restaurant Needs Work; doesn't smell good as soon as you walk in. Like old, dirty rags. Salad bar didn't look fresh and clean and is located at entrance doorway (is that sanitary?) Had a take out order and waitress forgot my dressing. She was pleasant and friendly but it would have been nice to get an apology for me having to walk back from my hotel to get the dressing. I did get a friendly greeting upon entering and smiles. I believe their trying to create a food eating environment. Just needs some cleaning and updating.

  Service was great. However they burned the first kids cheese pizza and my baked potato was extra crispy burnt.. I should have known better from the empty parking lot during what should have been the lunch rush..

  Today's service was horrible. Food and drinks arrived extremely late. My mother was the first to arrive and the last to get her food. So very disappointed in the level of management and customer service.

  When my food came out, there was a long piece of hair on top of the fish and shrimps. I've been sitting here 20 minutes watching my husband enjoy his steak. No manager has come to my table yet.... Thanks Ruby Tuesday!
