Being a vegetarian with a husband that lives seafood this is a great place for both of us to get good food! I love the veggie gormet taco, alacart for lunch and the plate for dinners. The salads without adding meat are wonderful too!

Good mainly has fish tacos but also has steak and chicken. They bring the food to your table. Not a whole lot of seating for big groups though.

We found Rubio's in San Diego and went out of our way to find one later in Sacramento on the same trip. Now once again in California we couldnt pass up a trip and it's just as good as we remember. Hopefully someone takes it up to Idaho soon!

I really can't express how much I love this particular Rubio's. The manager and staff are incredibly friendly, chatty, and fun. When using coupons, they go above and beyond to make sure they work (even when their system is being finicky). And on top of that, the food is AMAZING. The blackened salmon burrito & bowl are delicious and great deals.

The food is tasty and fresh. Love their salads. They have healthy Mexican food choices that you are bound to find a favorite. Self serve salsa bar and fountain drinks, teas or water to drink. It is kept clean and they have good and friendly customer service. I've never had a problem. Down side, they only have one female and one male bathroom. You have to wait a while for your turn to use the toilet.

Saturday, April 29th 2017 around 12:15/12:30pm was my first time here. I will definitely be back. The customer service is so damn good! The workers on that shift are the definition of friendliness! I'm terrible with names or else I would name them but the only name is remember is Megan. Anyways, most importantlythe food is great!

My wife and I were enthusiastically greeted by shift-leader Christopher, who, can I just say, IS THE MAN. HE IS THE GREATEST! Very polite, humorous, and part of what made our Rubio's experience a very bright one, despite the rainy weather. I would highly recommend all the people of Redlands to eat at this wonderful establishment. If Christopher isn't a manager already, he should be!

Like the food and ambience. Nice place for lunch with colleagues. It can get very crowded sometimes and then there are not enough places to sit and eat.
