I have used them twice so far and have no complaints. Very safety conscious. They also try to work with you to make sure they are the company that is transporting you. I have two upcoming appointments and one of them was a little iffy if they could transport, but they worked out the timing to make sure the drivers had enough time to work with all the customers being transported. They are not limited to just medical appointments either, which is very important for me.

My father in-law, who is wheelchair bound, uses this ride service for all his doctor and personal appointments from his assisted living home. Royalty care is on time, professional and their scheduler is an absolute joy to communicate with. I highly recommend for your transportation needs in the Shelby Township, MI area.

Casey, the owner is an angel and life saver! My mom was admitted to Shirley Ryan AbilityLab in Chicago at the last minute and we need to go from Novi to Chicago in less than 24 hours. Casey himself drove her and he could not have have been nicer! He even helped with all her luggage! The transport van was super clean and new! Cannot recommend this business enough! Thank you!! 😀

Royalty Care Transportation was wonderful from the very beginning through their departure. Casey was such a warm and kind person! He took such good care of my dad and me! The person I spoke to for booking was also lovely. She was able to help me on short notice and was sure to explain all of my options carefully. I will not hesitate to use them again.
