Pay your tickets in pennies, even rolled up, (and have a witness with you) just for fun and because it's legal. Google "Royal Oak Michigan pennies" and you will be surprised what gov't employees get away with. 11-2017

If you want to get robbed by this town revenue cops then visit harassed and fine cars for noise that had sport exhaust not friendly and a bunch of crooks.

So nice not having handicap parking taking up all the spots for the 99 percenters. Also, very easy to pay a ticket and register your dog. I give it a 5 out of 5.

Terrible sidewalks and parking. No handicap parking and the city does not maintain sidewalks. It's a death trap in winter!!! Don't go!
