  Highly recommend Roy's Safe & Lock! Their Knowledge & customer service were excellent & they actually got the job done!
  
  I needed to make copies of a Smart Lock key. I attempted to have them made 3 times at Home Depot & Lowes, but unfortunately those didn't work.
  
  But Neil at Roy's Safe & Lock made it happen (and they were less expensive that Home Depot & Lowes).
  
  Highly recommend them. 👏👏👏

  Friendly, fast, reliable and very fairly priced had my key done in less than 15 minutes for 15 dollars, would 100 percent do business with them again if I ever need to, thank you so much.

  Good businesses deserve to be celebrated. Stopped by to have key copies made after Home Depot couldn't get the job done (paid for copies that didn't even work). The gentlemen that helped me was precise and incredibly friendly. Best of all, I have a set of keys that actually work!

  I needed a set of keys for a trailer. I had a difficult time finding someone in the area with an actual storefront. The person was nice, very friendly. These are unusual keys and I had ordered blanks but Roy's has a policy that they won't cut a key from a customer provided blank. He said it wouldn't matter that my blanks were the same brand as the ones I needed, he wouldn't use them.
  
  He made the two keys for me from blanks he had, different brand than my original keys and blanks. I went back to my trailer, one works, the other doesn't. I compared his key to my blank and original. It's close but close doesn't work with keys. I would have paid double what he charged me if he had used my blanks and he could have kept his own blanks.
  
  Still, he is there, nice store, nice people. I'm sure they have their reasons for their policies.
