  Bought a new Chevy 1500 from Roy Robinson and couldn't be more pleased. Brian was our salesman and he made the experience fun and even though we were there for several hours negotiating it was an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend finding Brian while you're there, he's high energy will make the whole process of buying a new car fun. All of the staff was friendly, attentive, and stayed until past closing to get our deal done without making us feel like we needed to speed things along. The next day we had to follow up on a couple of items and receptions as well as service/parts department staff were courteous and knowledgable. 5/5, will definitely be back for our next car and would recommend all departments at Roy Robinson.

  Nick Gibbons was awesome. He went out of his way to get the deal done. Even after we left and thought about it he even came back in after he had gone home to work with us and get the deal done.   Nick Gibbons was so polite in helping me purchase my new vehicle. I'm going to praise Nick for his sense of humor.. gracious listening to my needs in a different car. Came in last Monday thinking a Subaru would be my choice > test drove several and they were good...THEN there was a Caddie I was able to test drive and a couple hours later I drove her home. I am so happy with my "new wheels for future road trips.a"

  Brian Russell was terrific to work with at Roy Robinson Chevrolet. I had such a great experience that I would proudly boast to my friends where I purchased my truck.   Nick Gibbons was amazing! We had our two young children with us and he was so patient and kind to them. All while helping us get more money for our trade in! We LOVE our Chrysler town and travel van, and can not say anything bad about the vehicle or our service during the process. We were still finishing up paperwork even as they were closed and they didn't rush us in any way. They took time to detail the van before we left and answered any questions we had to ensure our satisfaction before leaving. Truly a perfect experience.

  I don't even know where to start! My older sister left to go teach English in Korea last October and left her car behind. My dad start driving her car and let me use his car until I could buy my own. I wasn't planning on getting a new car until this December (my sister wasn't supposed to come back until mid-November, but I found out just 3 days ago that my sister was coming home in a few days and needed her car back. So I had five days to find a new car. No problem right? Yeah, except the fact that I am only 19 with no credit, no cosigner, and could only muster up about $300 for a down payment. I visited several dealerships, they all told me the same thing: no cosigner and no credit, no car. Except Nick at Roy Robinson. He was so nice and helpful! He worked his butt off to find a bank that would approve me for a loan. He found a bank that would approve me for $9000. He showed me a few cars in that price range, I almost instantly fell in love with a 2012 Kia Forte. They were selling it for $8500. He could have just sold it to me for that price and have me pay about $250 a month. He didn't stop there though, he got the price all the way down to around $6700 with a down payment of $600 and monthly payments of $170. I can't thank Nick enough for his hard work to get me this car, I absolutely love it and smile every time I see it! Thank you Nick! Everyone should go to Roy Robinson and ask for Nick!

  If you want the absolute best experience buying a new vehicle, ask for Flip! It was the very first time I was ever able to buy a car/truck without ever feeling attacked by the salesman. Got me and my wife a great deal and made sure that everything we wanted we got. Absolutely, a wonderful experience buying a new truck. I never in my life thought I would be able to say that about any dealership. Thank You Flip, from me and the family.

  Not very happy. Maybe next time they should try harder at getting their customers into the vehicle they want and a little less time at pushing something they don't want. Also they make you feel like your getting a foot in the door for the vehicle you do want but when you come back they say oh you need 5000 down for that vehicle but we can get you into this truck of the same value for zero down. Won't be making that mistake ever again. My family and I will be taking our business and money elsewhere. So unhappy with the service they can keep the rest of their free services I will pay out of pocket elsewhere. Really unhappy customer!

  A big thank you to Randy, Phil and the team at Roy Robinson. This is the best car dealership my husband and I have ever been to. Very friendly service! We bought a Chevy Silverado and we are so happy with how we were treated. After having the truck for 6 months we bought a Chevy Cruze and couldn't be more happy. Thank you for making our experience great!!!
