  Not enough employees to keep things organized! Shoes everywhere. Clothes on the wrong racks by customers who dont care! The store used to be organized now its only frustating.

  Carl the manager an Anna are very rude they wanted to open my returns and not return they always have long lines and she believes That she's the manager they think there Nordstrom are Neiman Marcus but there just a wannabe marshalls

  The merchandise is very good. The prices are unbeatable. The thing that I didn't like about this particular ROSS was that there were 2 registers open and the line was super long. The staff observed the long line and it didn't occur to them to open another register. There were 4 ladies socializing next to the registers instead of opening a register to shorten the line. In my opinion this is very unacceptable especially since ROSS is such a big company.

  If I could give this Ross a negative number in star ratings, it would have one. First off.....it was dusty and dirty which caused off the chart reactions to my allergies so I went to the restroom to get some more tissue (since I used all I had carried with me). I went into the stall and there were feces all over the toilet, wall, and floor. I freaked and ran out. That was my immediate cue to leave but my husband wanted to purchase some shampoo before leaving the store. We went to the section and the shelves were rusted and covered in leaking bath and body care products. The combination of this whole experience had me so grossed out that I wouldn't touch anything else in the store. I left, scrubbed my hands with sanitizer solution in the car to keep me until I got home. As soon as we walked through the door me and my husband gunned straight for the shower. This is by far one of the nastiest stores I have ever been in. I will not be returning.

  This location is a mess. I did not enjoy shopping there. There was hangers, trash, and mess everywhere.
  When I asked the cashier why it was trashed, she shrugged her shoulders, and said "next customer."
