  Very hit and miss for product unless it's holidays (which is fine and great) and one thing that gets me at this particular Ross is that, you are expected to not only carry all your bags out (which is also fine) BUT, in addition put your basket or cart back from the register. A note to the employees there: Please, do your job if you expect your customers to carry all their bags out by hand. Thanks.

  I like to go there all the time it’s good stuff the only problem I always go there in late night time there is a old lady she always work night time and she Literally always give us attitude for no reason everytime literally I gave up to deal with that she need to learn how to talk nice to the people so I don’t like to go there any more

  Best place ever!! I have not only designed and decorated almost my entire home with stuff from Ross, but also my entire wardrobe!

  The lady in the fitting room is the most rude customer service employee I ever met. The lady at the cash register is not better

  Found a nice jewelry holder for less then $10.00. Ross offers some sweet deals. Store always looks a bit messy though.

  not a good experience...checker forgot to give us one of our bags, realized we were missing a bag, called the store, they checked the camera and our bag was given to the customer behind us in line. drove back to the store, they had one item in my size, but not the other and they would not call another store to check if they had one, but gave me phone numbers for me to call myself and go get it. i appreciate them checking and the refund, but thought since it was their fault that they should have tried to locate my size at another store.

  Good Ross they have a better selection than most stores. The store is clean and updated. The employees are willing to help and return items with a friendly attitude. Will chose this location over the Port Richey one any day because this store is run right.

  This is only of my favorite stores. I've been shopping here for about 5 years or so and I love it! I know where almost everything I'd, there's always a great selection, and the store is well organized.

  I shop at this location wayyy too much! Seriously they should have a rewards card for frequent shoppers. Good selection and the prices are hard to beat. I personally think Ross is way better than TJ Maxx or Comparable stores.
