Great prices how ever the quality matches prices. They were having a great sale so I bought a couple work shirts. After one wash they were literally unraveling. Store for the most part is clean some places are def a little messier but I'm sure that was the same. For the most part staff is friendly and helpful IF you approach them and they aren't busy.

This store does offer a wide selection of items such as candy and snacks clothing footwear accessories Electronics house Goods pet supplies toys small Hardware and supplies Garden and outdoor items Etc.

The prices are very affordable and the quality of items matches the price so you can expect a good deal but nothing top of the line.

The customer service is absolutely bottom tier in my experience. I have encountered even rude employees that made me so displeased that I actually just left my cart of items and exited the store. I have found that no matter how many customers in the store the checkout lines are never speedy.

I have actually really tried to like this store and have visited a handful of times. Every single time my experience is just not good so my last visit will be exactly that.

Like other Roses stores the one here in Smyrna has a varied selection of items ranging from seasonal to household goods and clothes for the whole family. Most items are of the wholesale kind so don't expect great quality, howver their closeouts are where you find the best deals, name brand items at cheap prices. The one rule of roses is if you see what you want get it, cuz it may not be there when you come back.
