I bought my Honda from Fairfax Honda in 2001 and 230,000 miles ago and have had it serviced there ever since. Never once have I been disappointed or considered taking it somewhere else. I'm comfortable with any of the service department coordinators, and Keith D. was helping me this week. I trust his advice and value his commitment to providing me with the best possible care for my car. I find the service department staff from the manager, to each of the staff to be a pleasure with whom to do business. I'm hoping for at least another 100,000 miles!
I’ve never wanted to go get maintenance or anything on my own for the fear that I was going to be talked into unnecessary work. Fairfax Honda is actually like coming into a family shop. Everyone there is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. CQ and Kenny are the best hands down. I brought my car in for something minor and they caught a recall on my car and got everything squared away. If you are having any trouble issues or just need to stop in for a question, Fairfax Honda is definitely the place to stop by!!
If your car needs service, go see Kenny Derrickson at Fairfax Honda. He is the best in the business!! Every time I bring my car in, he makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to explain in detail the recommended repairs without being pushy about what I should do. He is honest, knowledgeable and genuinely cares.
I have been servicing my Honda at this location for a long time and the number 1 reason I always go back is because of my service adviser, Kenny Derrickson. He is by far the most trusting, knowledgeable, and kind person I've ever met/worked with in the auto industry. He will never screw you over or make you feel like you're getting robbed. Truly a great person.
From start to finish, this was a wonderful experience. My husband and I walked in Rosenthal Honda and Leighton welcomed us with open arms and took care of our every need. Once we were decided on the car, Fady helped us with financing. Throughout the process, everybody made us feel at home. Free donuts, coffee and smiles. This is an amazing team and has made us into lifetime Honda owners.
I highly recommend Evan Harris at Fairfax Honda if you are interested in buying a new or used car. He was very helpful and professional during my search and test drive of a Volkswagen Jetta. They have extended late evening hours which is also a big plus!
Worst customer service. I bought the car there but hard time to deal with customer service for service. Poor service. I was dealing with the guy name kendall jackson, Very Rude. its hard to them to talk to the customer.
To the management-Organizations that 'put the customer first' are commonly referred to as customer-oriented, customer-driven or customer-focused businesses. Please hire some people who do best customer service on service station.
I bought two cars on this location. Did 4 tire change in same place, Did other services ,spent money. They told me that my tire rotation is for life time on this tire. I was very happy but when I had lower tire pressure sign and I live next to the service center I went there expecting their help. When I bought tire/car they are talking Cover everything.
I explain him my situation he told me to wait and waited for 15 min but later he told me to go to gas station and put some air. I was not expecting that answer from the place where I bought two cars and spending thousand of dollar. He was so rude. Because my color is different- I felt that way when i talk to him (personal opinion). I will sell both cars and go for different brand. Very bad service and people . Never work with Kendall Jackson. Pretend good but very rude guy. He n Ed to control his mouth too.
Made the car buying experience as nice as you can make it.(seriously, is buying a car ever fun?) Everyone was very nice and we got a great deal on our new car.
I brought my Honda CRV (2011) for an airbag recall. My door also was not registering with the console as being closed, so as I drove the doors would constantly lock and unlock.
Well, I asked that they fix that, too. They did (and I paid for the fix), but then the problem reoccurred. I then called Rosenthal Honda and they told me "It isn't our fault, you asked us to replace a part and we did. We can run further diagnostics, but that will be $130 plus parts/labor." I don't even know what part would cause this let alone that they should replace it. This was just a poor excuse so they would not be held accountable.
I get this is a business and they have to make money, but I only ask that they do it fairly. It is wrong to tell me they fixed my door and when it is apparent they did not fix it, ask me to pay more. I asked them to fixed it and they didn't. Now they want me to pay even more money. Be very wary when dealing with them.
Mr Jesse, made my car buying experience a fantastic one. Always checking up on me throughout the process to see if I needed anything. Very Courteous, very helpful, very friendly, a true hero. Thanks a lot Mr Jesse!!!
I give the Service 4.5
Mr. Hugo Cajina was the person I interacted with. He was prompt, friendly and courteous .The professionals here have detail level knowledge and attention to the cocerns. The have a very good wait area for the customers.
I give them a THUMBS-UP!!!!
Well first off I wotk there and I have for over 25 years with this company, I'm a parts specialist. I know customers love there Honda's and we am to give them the best care. We sell One parts and that is the best way to go to keep your vehicle. Going...
It was very bad experience to do annual exam in 2017. It was failed since they asked to replace my front brake, brake light and wiper blades. They asked for more than $750 to fix all the issues. My first corncern is why they asked for so much since I got all the problems fixed with much much less cost (
I had a very positive car buying experience here and with Jorge. Jorge was very accommodating, incredibly helpful, quick to respond to emails, phone calls, or text message, available for test drives at times that suited my schedule, and able to answer the many questions I had. I will definitely begin the search for my next car here in the future!
We recently purchased 2015 Honda Accord Touring V6 model and we were very pleased with our salesperson Charles McKinnis. Charles informed us of all the details of the vehicle and gave us a good deal. He also followed-up with us as a courtesy call to making sure everything was fine. I would highly recommend Rosenthal Fairfax Honda and Charles McKinnis for his service.
Look onto yelp for monitored reviews, anyone can review on google; long story short, they don't showcase the exact trim you're looking for, not for the model I was looking for at least; they pull a vehicle from the yard and sell it to you at night so you can handle all the exterior issues on a BRAND NEW CAR the next business day. Addressed the issues and said they'll take care of it..I didn't mind as long as it gets fixed, so I dropped it off hoping to pick it up the next day, BUT they ended up only fixing one issue and forgot about the other; I pointed the same issue ONCE AGAIN and told me they need to replace the window on a brand new car? and stuff like this normally happens was the excuse?
I was flexible and wanted to exchange for the same model but different color, they didn't have one and showed me a shipping for a 2WD on paper when mine was a AWD, I noticed it and gave the paper back to them...all they said was, "ops sorry wrong trim model" I don't even know what to say to that; I got my money back, they got their "new" car back...Don't take your matter to the skin headed manager with the beard, bad attitude and lacks attention to details, go see Brian instead. I went and spent my money at another Honda dealership and they were fast and efficient.
Had my alternator and drive belt replaced here. About 6 months later the alternator started to make vibrating and rumbling sounds I had never heard before. Brought it to a Honda Service Center closer to me, and technician used a stethoscope and confirmed the ball bearings were failing and the part was defective. Brought it to Rosenthal Honda with my receipt which had a one year warranty, and they refused to replace it. They didn't even use a stethoscope. Just told me "we don't hear anything" and "that's the normal sound a car makes" and "what sound". Infuriating service especially when I had trusted them with a major fix, and it was pricey.
I'm getting my car serviced today and I remembered to avoid this place at all costs. Go somewhere else!
Fairfax Honda is AWESOME!!! I have now bought my second car from them. From the sales to the finance to the service they are truly outstanding. They treat you like Family and truly ensure you are satisfied with your decisions. They patiently answer any questions, and with great detail. I believe your entire experience will be comfortable and fun, like mine has been and you will drive away in your dream car. I 1,000,000% recommend Fairfax Honda and would like to send a special thanks to JOHN and JOSH!!!
WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
The only reason that this review is getting a one star because there is no way to give a negative rating.
Rosenthal Honda Fairfax have made my first car buying experience the worst possible. They put extra efforts to live up to all the one star reviews mentioned on this site.
Starting with the Finance guy Ryan Canute forcing me to buy a basic Honda warranty for $2000 (whereas a comprehensive Honda warranty is available $1000 outside) to the sales guy Dennis calling us at 11pm in the night to hackle and force us to buy the warranty, they left no stone unturned done.
The first time I met Ryan (after a 3.5-4 hrs wait) he congratulated me for the car and proceeded to poke unnecessary holes in my application and saying no bank would give me a loan. After about 45 mins with him we ended up leaving the dealership with no deal and Ryan promising to give his best.
On Monday I got a call from Dennis saying that Ryan has worked up some deal and we should come to the dealership. The solution Ryan proposed was if I buy the above mentioned warranty for $500 he will be able to get my interest rate down from 9.5% to 4.79%.
We asked him that we will think over it and would call him back. When we went there again to take the deal, he went back on his word and said the warranty amount was gonna be $2000. And when I refused to buy the warranty and just asked for the 9.5 interest rate he said and I quote "At this point I don't think we will be able to come to a deal".
3 days later I got a letter from the Bank for a loan that Ryan had applied on my behalf and after having spoken to the representative there I came to know the APR was 2.69% without having to buy any warranty. (As against 4.79% with $2000 warranty)
Dennis called and forced us to take the warranty from them. And when we refused to take that, he said that they wouldn't provide us with the Honda certified warranty that the car Honda certified car is supposed to come with.
They are fully equipped to fool you into paying hell lot more than what is necessary and make it their life's mission to make your car buying experience a nightmare and extort at least $2000 to $3000 more in the process.
