  I would give this 0 stars if I could, I cal to order and they say they are closed at 6pm on a Saturday?!?! Yet the message says they are open until 10pm!!!

  We love the food but the service the past few orders has been terrible. The food has been 30 minutes late for delivery and was even 20 minutes late when we picked up. I just ordered again and was told 60 minutes for delivery, it's been 90 minutes, and when I called to get an update I was put on hold twice then hung up on repeatedly after the second hold. What a bummer - their pizza was my favorite!

  We rarely order pizza and when we do we consider it a treat. It wasn't a treat to talk to a rude girl on the phone who wouldn't bother looking over the order when I stated the price wasn't correct.
  
  And then...
  Being told they are too busy to patiently take my order is bad business. I am on the phone all day talking to homeowners about their personal hardships and issues, I know what stress is. I also worked in fast food as a teen, and I know how stressful it can be. However, being rude to customers doesn't bring them back. If I'm rude to a homeowner, I am immediately reprimanded, and additional episodes can lead to my job being terminated.
  
  If you hate people so much that you cant take the time to meet their demands and answer their questions, why not just quit? If you can't take an order to begin with, then how could you possibly compile an order without error?

  This Rosati's location is far and away one of the best and has been our go-to pizza spot in the Dundee area for many years. The quality in the food is always consistent, highly recommend for catering as well.

  Always friendly. We once bought a pizza and had to wait the standard 20 minutes. We find out 5 minutes later our order has not been started yet and the manager was very apologetic. Out of his kindness, we left with our 18 inch pizza that we originally ordered and a FREE 12 inch pizza just for waiting. I am above amazed at the quality of work they put in their food!
