Always dependable. Good quality and good value for price
order 1 thing then get something else. they refuse to fix it
Worse place in Minooka for pizza. Tried it a couple of times now.. the so called supreme which cost about 30 bucks is just loaded with black olives and green peppers... Thin layer of chese...hardly any sausage... Check out most of they're positive reviews. From "Google user'. Looks like all fake reviews..
One of the best pizza places to eat
Been going here for years. They are human and mess up but have never had issues with them willing to correct it. Working in food industry I get it. Best pizza in town. Prefer them over Giordano any day.
Looks like a lot of unhappy people in the last year. I'm new to the area and had no idea what to expect. I went in and had to ask for a order menu (none was in sight) thought that was a bit odd. I ordered mushroom ravioli and tiramisu. I was told 20 minutes. I came back in 20 minutes. Picked up my food and went to my hotel. I have never tasted better mushroom ravioli. I cannot wait to go back and try the pizza. I don't normally like deep dish - but this is Chicago style - so I gotta. :-) The tiramisu (was frozen) was delicious - nothing to write home to mom about - but I've had some gawdawful tiramisu. This was a nice one. I don't know if they make it and freeze it - or order it from somewhere else. The service was friendly. And there were no lines waiting. Sounds like the unhappy ones below were calling in too close to quitting time - I would suggest calling the manager/owner - I'm guessing a couple of teenagers are left in charge - and the older experienced ones are getting tired of the late nights and taking a break from the stress (probably sick of taking calls at 10 minutes before closing and feeling obligated to make a 20 minute food product and another 10 minutes to ring out the sale.) It really sounds like the owner needs to clarify to the employees and the customer what closing time means. Some restaurants post signs that they will not take orders 15 minutes before closing - they are still open to accommodate the final guests. Some restaurants probably just accept it - and tell the employees to always expect to take orders up to the hour - and do not plan to leave before the next half hour. I really think though that clarification needs to be made by both the customer and the owner - to assume is always wrong.
It is was 9:50 on a Saturday night. Called to place a order for pick up. (Website says open until 11pm)
The person who answered the phone, was reluctant to take the order, and said he was closing that we needed to come pick up the pizza in 15 mins.....
This is not the first time we have had this issue with this location. If you advertise you are open until a certain time, then be open. Also the pizza was not fully cooked.
I almost wanted to not pickup the order after the service I recievee on the phone call, but I am not that person. Instead, I picked it up and received poorly cooked product.
Should at least be able to get a pizza order right!!! 30$ for a 16 inch pizza, they screw it up, wont fix it , they tell me Im wrong. I have been ordering from here once a month for about 10 years, and usually spend a couple thousand dollars a year for work pizza parties and birthdays... NEVER AGAIN,,, I will NEVER reccomend them again, or allow anyone from my work to order from there.. They treat their customers like CRAP!!
The meat classic pizza is the best one they have would give 5 stars but the customer service could be just alittle bit better
