I called after hours on a Friday evening expecting to get voicemail and leave a message, but to my surprise my call was answered promptly. The lady was helpful and was able to schedule a technician to come to my house on Monday morning. Technician George Z arrived promptly, had me show him the repairs and services I needed, inspected, assessed and clearly explained each issue and what my options were, and I made my decisions. George made sure each area was protected before working. He worked efficiently and quietly while I was working at home. All of his work was expertly done, and each area was spotless and sparkling when he was done. He carefully showed me what he had done, answered my questions, and made recommendations for future care and maintenance. Rooter Hero and George Z get two thumbs up. I am very pleased and am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a great plumber. Thank you George!

We had to replace the washing machine and the kitchen drains from the inlets to the sewer. Jose and His crew did an excellent job and kept Us informed the entire time. He was very helpful and didn't mind answering all of Our questions. The pipes We have are 60 years old and with the help of their camera, We were able to see that the pipes had disintegrated and letting in mud and debris. Jose also had to break up some concrete and get into some drywall, which He was able to patch.

I had an issue with water pressure at my house after the city replaced my meter. With my moderate knowledge of plumbing assumed I could deduce the issue and solve it myself. After hours of frustration and nowhere near a solution, I called Rooter Hero Plumbing of Orange County. Jim arrived and listened to my complaint while he assessed the issue. He partnered with his boss on the phone and they recommended I try something. Because I felt comfortable doing the recommendation myself, they said it would be better so they didn’t have to charge me the service fee. I did what they said and within 10 mins we solved the issue. I was so relieved and they were 1st of all kind enough to walk me through without charging me anything, but more importantly, that they were extremely honest about telling me I should try fixing it myself so it didn’t cost anything. They could have easily charged me hundreds of dollars like most companies but they didn’t. On top of that, Jim was also very friendly and pleasant to talk with. Nicest guy!
100% recommend calling these guys for your plumbing needs if you want someone that is honest and not going to rip you off. I’ve dealt with some shady companies in the past but Rooter Hero is not one of those.report this review -

Daniel was absolutely amazing!‼️❗️He arrived quickly, before his ETA, he was extremely polite and professional! He provided me with all of the options possible to fix our plumbing issue and was very cognizant of pricing and prevention of unnecessary costs. Daniel was honestly the best plumber I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He completed his job above my expected standards, and because of him, I will never go through another plumbing service again Thanks so much Daniel!! Roto Hero is the best! Do not go elsewhere!

I am in the process of buying a home and needed an expert’s opinion on the property’s pipes and leaky shower fixtures. David Glover did an excellent job, was very thorough, and was very professional. They were super quick and responsive. I needed an asap appointment and they definitely found a way to make it happen. While getting my garbage disposal replaced isn't exactly an emergency, they made it urgent to get it taken care of right away and I had an appointment set the very next day after reaching out. The two guys that showed up were super nice and helpful and walked us through how to set up the manufacturing warranty with our new garbage disposal. Highly recommend.

Jim Fisher was awesome! Very hard working and professional. He swiftly assessed our clogged drain issues, troubleshooted, and cleared and repaired the line. Everything is working perfect now, thanks to Jim!
