Great location, really unique and interesting decor! Exceptional staff and location, right across the street from the beach and just a block from the real Miami Beach bar scene - yet still very quite at night.
One drawback that is no joke is the very small size of the toilet location. I’m a little fat, but just a normal level of overweight, and I barely fit into the little nook. Not any wiggle room. This might be dependent on the room you get as well.report this review -

Funky hotel with artsy decor, the rooms are small but clean and comfortable! We are one block from the beach and only a few blocks from the hustle and bustle of downtown Miami Beach. Perfect location! Everyone who works here is friendly and happy and I am so glad we decided to stay here!

Just enough room for two. By far one of the cleanest Boutique Hotels on South Beach. Definetly worth the money. Can't wait to go back, and can't wait until they open the new building. A must stay on SoBe. About 4 blocks from the center of the night life. Right across the street from the beach. There was a $9.99 a day resort fee for the beach chairs and umbrella. Our stay was still under $500 for a 3night stay on South Beach.

Clean and modern design. The thing I can't get over is jack hammers 7am in the morning and the drink prices. They know people visiting stay out right?!? Why in the world would they jack hammer outside of guest`s rooms that early! Poor planning.

I go to this hotel each time I go to Miami Beach. Excellent location. Across the street from the very famous Miami Beach. Very nice staff. Small but very clean rooms. 5 min walk from the animated area so it's very calm.

The web site makes you thank that it is big hotel, but is very small.
The rooms is very small, the bathrooms are hideous , and the smallest bathrooms I have ever seen.. the location is great, and it is a little away from the crazy area. and the beach access is great.
In general, for well travelled this place is a dump. The only exception is the staff, who are excellent and friendly . The two Russian girls who would bring your food and drink orders to the beach are kind of fresh breath to this place. After all I give the staff five star.report this review -

Great location, really cute and modern. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The only thing was it was loud and the room was hot and I had the air all the way down. The way the hotel is you can hear everything and every move that's going on so I didnt sleep. Hopefully that was only because the construction outside. There was a noise that sounded like a man snoring several times during the staywe named him Larry.

Swanky little boutique hotel. Friendly staff. Fun decor. Very short walk to beach with lounge chairs and umbrella included in the resort fee.

It was an unplanned trip to Miami with my wife and became the best trip ever. Great place with superb location, high class rooms with very nominal charges with extra caring staff.

Room was nice and clean. Amenities were nice. Not all the channels on the TV worked. Room looked over an alleyway.
