  Ron is a very professional, courteous man. He was very quick to respond and although he did not have the water heater on hand and had 2 service calls ahead of me, he was able to install one I picked up. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a water heater installed.

  Ron has done several jobs for me. Once, he fixed the hell out of a bad installation of a dishwasher by another big plumbing outfit. It didn't drain properly and there were holes in the woodwork and snakes of pipes everywhere. When Ron got done, not only did the dishwasher work, but the suction in the sink drain became almost perilous (in a good way).
  
  Then I needed to replace my tenants water heater. I unwisely bought one on my own, and then realized I had no idea how to properly install a power vented gas water heater. Ron to the rescue again. It's still working great 5 years later, even though Ron wasn't impressed with the brand I got.
  
  Finally, we had a water softener go out and I wanted Ron install a new one. He told me the old one just needed a rebuild kit, and where I could get it. Yeah, easy job, and the old softener is still cranking out the soft water.

  I have been so impressed with Ron and his quick response to help me out with my water heater. No hot water and he came day of call. Highly recommend!
