Every single time I make an appointment. I am never, ever disappointed. I have been going to Rometrics for at least four years now. The Salon & Spa is super clean. The ladies are exceptional. Management/Owner is phenomenal. Absolutely adore Rometrics Salon & Spa, thank you.

I purchased a Groupon for a haircut & balayage color. The Groupon was an exceptional value for the price. My color by Katie came out nicely. After expressing disappointment with the initial cut to the manager Jane, without hesitation, she turned me over to Meg C who gave me the exact cut I was looking for. I'm so happy with my cut- it's perfect! I will definitely be going back to see Meg again! Everyone was friendly & I left feeling so much better about my experience because of the great customer service I received from Jane & Meg C!

I recently purchased a Groupon for use at this salon and booked an appointment. After receiving services I was informed that I was unable to use it because I had frequented the establishment during the last 12 months. I agreed to book an appointment for my daughter provided she would be able to use the Groupon. The receptionist indicated my daughter was eligible and scheduled the appointment. Today, my daughter went to the appointment and I was once again denied the full value of the Groupon. The receptionist AGAIN said it was because she had been there within the last 12 months. I pointed out that SHE had scheduled this appointment and SHE had said my daughter was eligible. The receptionist was snippy and continued NOT to honor the Groupon. She denied that this was was her mistake and denied scheduling the appointment (even though I scheduled the appointment in person). I will never go back to this salon. My daughter's hair looks great, but the receptionists terrible service an outright lies have turned me off for good. I am reporting them to Groupon.

I absolutely adore Rometrics Salon & Spa - Westlake. Megan F. is the bomjiggity if you want a free spirited, fun, uplifting experience with a phenomenal hair cut/color or whatever she's your girl. All the girls are fabulous! The salon is super clean. Every service they offer is excellent. I have never had a bad experience here from start (Kayla - Love her!) the in between (Megan) and eventually the end again (Kayla - Total sweetheart). I've never been disappointed. Thank you Ladies

I was hesitant to purchase a haircut groupon after a horrible experience I had over a year ago, but decided to give Rometrics a try since they had great reviews. I am so glad I did! The salon was great, the people were awesome. Ann Marie did an AMAZING job on my hair - it was exactly what I wanted and it looks incredible. The shampoo and condition and scalp massage felt great too. Ann Marie was friendly and easy to chat with. A great experience and I highly recommend Ann Marie and Rometrics!

Horrible customer service! Watch out if you have a Groupon. I scheduled an appointment and when I got there they said they wouldn't have enough time for the color. They did a haircutwhen I asked when I should come back for the color she said I couldn't because I used my groupon for the cut. They try to short you and the front desk person is so unprofessional. I will never go back!
