Bought a pole there 2 months ago. On the 3rd time using it the pole snapped on a smallmouth. Took the pole back to them to see what they would do. Replaced my pole no problem. They were incredibly helpful. A+++++++ service. They didn't have to replace the pole. It's the companies responsibility, not theirs.

The staff was friendly enough, but the cheap owner does not take Credit or Debit Cards. The counter attendant indicated we had to use an ATM at the back of the store. We went to use it and it was posted "out if order". Needless to say, we took or business else where. Word to the owner, if you refuse to take plastic, please make sure your ATM is in good working order. We took our business to Walmart.

I had a great experience with R&H's. I placed my order online through their website, and it was shipped within 12 hrs, despite placing my order on a Sunday evening. The shipment arrived quickly with the basic shipping option. I had a couple problems with the products I ordered (no fault of R&H's) and they did their best to make things right for me. Not only was I very satisfied with my order, but I will definitely be ordering from them again. They have earned a loyal and happy customer.

Ordered parts online to make bucktails. Out of a large quantity of items they were only out of stock on one thing. They gave me a call and were very good about substituting a similar item to complete my order.
