The service department at Rohrich returned my vehicle without making any attempt to correct the issue we'd discussed. Weeks later I found that the engine's dipstick was missing. Avoid this dealership.
I pray they go out of business. They do not deserve to be in business. Jim schwartz, mike englehardt, fat dawn, they all stole 1500 dollars from me for work they never performed. worse still they lied about me to other cadillac dealers in town. so when i took my car elsewhere for routine maintenance i was treated rudely, but it stems from the raw customer abuse at rohrich.
From sales to service, Rohric Cadillac is by far the best in the business. Great staff and top notch facilities.
Gill Porr, Service Advisor was super! Polite, pleasant, helpful, very courteous, congenial etc., etc!
My inspection and services were quick, thorough but very efficient!
Well worth the distance to travel for services provided at this dealership
EVERYBODY at this dealership treats me and my family with respect and dignity, as if we are the most important people. Never have I seen such consistency among a dealership/service team. There's nobody that compares to Rohrich.
I love this place! My family has been purchasing vehicles from Kevin for 10 years! Kevin will find you exactly what you want in a short amount of time!
Went in for a simple oil change. I'm a gear head who is very picky about his car. I've been relocated to the city in a small apartment with no tools so I can't do any work on the car myself. The shop took me 15 minutes early, was done in less than an hour and even washed my pride and joy. Friendly staff, comfy waiting area, great service. As long as I'm in Pittsburgh, they will have my business.
Great experience buying our Cadillac srx, Lou was a great salesman and the rest of the team was great also. They have to have best facillity I have ever seen. We will be back.
Wonderful experience in buying our Cadillac. Wonderful team there.
Gil Porr, our regular service guy, really went out of his way on this one. We needed a new catalytic converter, two cooling fans, an oxygen sensor & a shroud. Retail would have been @ $3,200. He talked to Cadillac HQ for us, and the repairs were done for $100.
Our family has always appreciated the excellent service we have received at Rohrich Cadillac. We have been loyal customers since the 1960s and will continue to buy and service our cars there.
There is no anxiety, fear, or hesitation about getting my car serviced at Rohrich. They have earned my trust completely by their professional work, their outstanding customer service, and the highest quality of customer satisfaction. If you take your vehicle for service and aren't completely satisfied, check the sign - it wasn't Rohrich! I'd buy a bicycle from Rohrich, just for the customer service they offer. Special thanks to Gill Porr!
The service was pretty good. My DTS has more power than it did before, however immediately upon departing the service center I noticed that the rear shocks/struts must be broken or something because now when I hit a pothole or any street deviation, it feels like I'm about to thrown out my seat. Literally. I'm not saying they did any thing intentionally, but my car DID NOT do or feel like that before I got the service done there.
