  Terrible service with mower repair. There repair guy (not worthy of being called a technician) said he could not repair my Snapper S31BC weed eater because "they do not make carburetors for it anymore". Then they sold me a Stihl weed eater (supposedly new). This weed eater has given me problems ever since. I took the Stihl back to them several times and there repair guy said he said gas just poured out of the compression chamber. I took it to a friend at work who repaired both for me. Both needed cleaned (remember the Stihl is new?). No problem since. So in summary the repair guy either didn't know what he was doing or just screwed me. I vote both. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
