  One of the best locally owned stores for tropical fish! I highly recommend it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, there are a ton of items specialized for fish tanks, and if you ever have a question, they will answer or find the answer for you.

  This place is neat! Has tons of decorations for your aquarium and a lot of different fish! Would recommend you stop in if you're in the area! I've purchased fish here and they're doing great!

  Very knowledgeable staff and always healthy fish. They have the best selection of aquariums and all the supplies needed in the QC! However, the owners are not always the most friendly. Their daughter at the register is very nice though.

  I came here to buy a fish tank and everything to go with it for my son. But after a while of being in the store with them consistently walking by like they didn't see me, I walked straight out. I walked to the counter to ask for help to get it off the shelf and every nice outfit was assisted but me. I waited my turn for a while. Each time it was my turn, it never failed. Someone else was more important. The "I don't see you" game. I'm reasonable but that was crazy. I was looking to make a huge purchase. I was in my work clothes and not as "pretty" as usual, but not bad. They totally blew it. I came in with high spirits. They assisted everyone else with way smaller purchases bc of appearance-very obvious. No recommendation from me. They lost good money that day. Tuskee's made their $500 plus. And provided excellent service in the process. I guess Tuskee's understand not to judge a customer's potential purchase by their appearance. Customer Service 101: Acknowledge your customers regardless of how many are present. Tuskee's made up for all Roe's small purchases that afternoon by simply not judging.

  Very helpful. My beta got very sick and we took him in there for advice. Turns out he was too far gone, they put him peacefully to rest. Very nice people.

  Decent selection of aquarium supplies and fish. Very few live plants. Lots of rocks for hardscaping. Prices are reasonable. Make sure you know what you are talking about, otherwise they are quick to let you know how much you don't know.

  The owner is an extremely knowledgeable and nice guy. This is by far the best fish store around. He remembers me when I come in and even remembers most of the fish I already have.
  
  He'll tell you exactly what fish are compatible and what the best setup for your tank is.

  Very helpful and knowledgeable. Well-organized store with everything you need to raise healthy fish. I've heard many great things about Roe's, and my own experience with their fish is a very good one. The level of attention to detail, care, and customer service is unmatched by any of the other pet stores around. Highly recommended.
