They say it's not a time share but it pretty much is for a lot less than an actual time share. We got sucked into going there and found out you have to pay some ridiculous 10k+ membership to have access to this place. No thanks.

Scott hill was an excellent guide! My husband and i had a really good day touring the resort and would like to possibly invest but as it was christmas time with 9 grandchildren we could not make it possible at this time. The gifts we recieved was great! We were surprised that it wasnt a big hoax like most places. Thank you scott and trish for your kindness and not making us feel pushed at this time of year. Have a merry christmas and a happy new year!

Went here near the end of summer.
    It was great!
There's an arcade, outdoor and indoor pool,
And even cabins that are pet-friendly!
Also, there are showers near the indoor pool.

We have an upcoming vacation to Rocky Fork Ranch. We visited another resort owned by this company and thought it seemed nice. The dinner that was offered during the tour was so not impressive (sloppy joe and a bag of chips). We were also told that we would receive a gift card for attending the tour, which we did not receive and the staff claimed they knew nothing of this. We seriously considered purchasing, but felt very pressured and were scooted out the door quickly when we decided that it might not be the right time. We were told that we could have a spot with full hook up when we used our free camping days. I called to book at Rocky Fork and they told me that full hook up was not available with the free camping. I am hoping that the amenities that we were told would be available to us at no extra cost will be just that, when we arrive. Our experience thus far along with some of these reviews make me nervous for our 4 hour drive.

My wife and I went and had a great time! Quiet, relaxing, but there was always something to do or see for every age. We watched a rodeos, and got in some hiking. We stayed in a Chalet that was just like home, clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent, always pleasant, even when facing an unhappy guest, they work hard to accommodate everyone with kindness. Over all its a great getaway, somewhere to unplug, we can't wait to get back.

Stayed here for a weekend in April (off peak season). The good: The staff was courteous. The campgrounds were very large with an unbelievable amount of availability. The clubhouse, pool, horseback rides, and amenities were pretty nice too. The bad: Initially we asked the representative at the RV show in Dayton if there were restrictions to the 21 days free camping reward for attending their sales presentation. We were told no That is wrong! The "21 days of free camping are in the form of three 7 day vouchers. They cannot be used sequentially. 7 days in, 7 days out required. use 3 days or less= minimum 24 hours out. If you use one 7 day voucher for a weekend you lose the other 4-5 days. No holiday weekends allowed. There are lots of restrictions. I know this was off peak timing but the campgrounds are huge and there was one men's and one women's shower house open for the whole place with approx 150 or so campers on the grounds. The hot water for the women's shower was not working on Friday evening for several hours. I know that could happen anywhere, but it would not be an issue if there was more than one shower house available. Overall a nice weekend of camping but the price for membership is not worth it unless you stay here a LOT. One last item. Not all the membership resorts in their network (7 of them) are 100% members only as advertised during the sales presentation. Their new North Shore resort in Geo. is part KOA.

I've been going here for almost 11 years, since it was owned by Grand Haven. Our whole family has always LOVED this place. There's swimming, mini golf, horse back riding, paintball, trapshooting, parks, and lots of courts to play sports. It's PERFECT for a little get away for a bit. Would recommend! :)

So we supposedly won a cabin stay for this place at the outdoor show. We had to put a $50 deposit down and were told we would get it back once we attend a meeting/tour on an exact date convient for them. I was not able to go due to work so my boyfriend called and told them he was going without me. They told him if I don't go the deal is off and we lose our deposit. So we basically got scammed out of $50. These are some shady people. I would not recommend.
