We had fun but was really crowded and some people did not control or watch their kids very well. Also had to move kids from an area a teenaged looking couple were going WAY too far in public with indecency.

The "rules" at Rock River Rules should apply to everyone. I was there today and they were so discriminating. They say no cotton clothing but clearly don't enforce it and allow nasty diapers in the pool. I don't get it. No basketballs, they say they've all been stolen. And the staff especially the "management " are the rudest most arrogant people ever! It's called customer service but all they offer are attitudes and harassment. Costs twice as much as it used to but no new rides. Total joke.

We read the rules before coming here today. I guess knowing what was expected of us & insuring that we all followed the rules helped us have a fantastic day. Not a single complaint was heard out of my group. Every single employee that we talked to or interacted with was polite & helpful. We are already planning our next trip back!

For a small suburban water park, this is fine. It was super crowded and there wasn't enough shaded areas. We went on a free day, but I would not pay to come here simply because of the crowds. The place was clean and there were plenty of life guards, so it was safe.

The place is fun, but some of the senior life guards are on power trips. I was teaching my daughters how to swim in the lap area yesterday and some lady came at us yelling about not doing laps. Like anyone really goes there for laps anyway. Get off the power trips and maybe get a better rating.

    1. Nothing better than being 22 and being 'helped into a 3 foot lazy river by a 14 yr old' I got this bro i can safely touch..

    2. Lifeguards offered to remove super small 'metal' ring on my 80$ swim trunks. Told her no thanks pulled down my pants went down on my underwear.

    3. Better not have a nose ring ladies, for the 2 foot slide. Will have to remove.

    4. Only one person allowed on the stairs for the slides, don't want all that weight on the reenforced steel might be dangerous.

Just out your sprinklers on in your backyard and run through them. You probably will have more fun. Or fill your bath tub up and splash around in that.

I would rather drive an hour North Salina's Kenwood Cove than to be hollered at by the teenage gestapo about the proper way to ride a rubber tuber on the lazy river or how my swimming trunks are destroying their precious 6 foot kiddie slide.

Fun place to go but need more for adults to do, only so much times you can go on a last river or the few slides before it gets boring, and the lifeguards aren't too nice when talking to you about the rules especially the stupid no metal buttons on the slide, when most male swim trunks have metal pieces and its either u dnt go on the slide or rip the pieces off ur trunks with no reimbursal for breaking, tearing, ripping, or destroying perfectly good swim trunks That rule need to be changed

Way to expensive to get in! Its fun while you're there but really over crowded and have to wait in line to go down the slides for a while. The lifeguards are also really rude.

This has cool things for every age to enjoy. However, fun times are quickly dissolved by an unwelcoming atmosphere and laundry list of rules that would make the federal government scoff at. Expect to rip out holes in your swimsuit if any amount of metal is present, provide proof that your shirt has no cotton present (no cotton allowed here- it is a drowning hazard, even if are 6' 5" and in less than a foot of water), and leave at exactly 7:00pm because the staff will hover over you so they can tear out of the parking lot ahead of you. Have fun but their might be fine print that doesn't allow it.
