  This is one of the VERY few law firms in our circuit that can handle almost any area of law that you may need. The lawyers are very respected in this community and have a vast amount of trial experience.

  My wife went to Robinson, Kennon & Kendron and was told by the secretary that she could have a "free" consultation over a real estate situation with a neighbor.
  They put a letter together and sent it to the neighbor without ever telling my wife how much that service was going to cost. We were able to work it out with the
  neighbor without any further action. We then recieved a letter from Robinson, Kennon & Kendron stating that unless we responded they were going to close the file.
  
  We recieved a bill in the mail. We were charged an additional $60 for the letter informing us that they weren't going to contact the neighbor any further. My wife
  called the law firm and was never given a call back. When my wife went into the law firm to ask about the bill, the paralegal did not want to take the time to talk to
  my wife and appeared to be very angry to have to answer her questions. The paralegal talked down to my wife for even having questions about the bill.
  
  We will never go back to this law firm and don't recommend it for anyone who wants to be treated respectfully.
