  This was all around a very pleasant experience. Stephanie really helped me pick out the perfect engagement ring. She wasn't pushy and I could tell she genuinely enjoyed her job and helping me get exactly what I was looking for. Very informative and helpful. I recommend going to her specifically for all of your engagement needs!

  I've been to this location a few times. It's nice because it's not part of the mall directly and you have a big parking lot area. The staff here are really positive and friendly, like sometimes a bit too much. It makes you wonder what's really going on in their heads... The rings are pretty and designed well, but you're not going to find something rare or unique. Everything is styled and mass produced. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but you need to know what it is that you're getting. Obviously you need to know your prices and it would behoof you to know the criteria for grading diamonds too.

  The service is great: I felt special from the moment I walked in the door, and I expected an up-sell as part of that personalized attention, but it never came. The person that helped me even made it clear that I could buy a ring from somewhere else and bring it to them to be engraved, which is what I ended up doing.
  Their slogan, which runs along the lines of "making girls happy and guys comfortable" was true in my case.

  I've always had excellent service at this store and I've always been pleased with my purchases. They also offer free ring cleanings for as long as you own your jewelry and you can upgrade your diamond(s) whenever you want! How it works: Let's say you purchased a diamond for $500 and you would like to upgrade it. As long as you spend another $500, you can trade your diamond in and receive a $500 credit towards your new diamond, making it worth $1,000! Pretty sweet, right? For sure. I've already used it once and it works great!
