The soups here are amazing. The sandwiches are great, too. Nice variety of beverage choices. Fun atmosphere. You can never go wrong choosing to eat here.

R&T is always a great place to go for a cup of coffee or lunch. Breakfast and dinner is also available. As on many previous occasions the staff were friendly and helpful.

Walked in the door at 6:58 on Saturday. I asked the person behind the counter for latte, I was told that they were not open yet. I sat down a waited for them to open at 7:00. At 7:05 I went to another place for my coffee. Meeting the needs of the customer needs to be emphasized more at Roast & Toast

I grew up with this restaurant. The Poole who work here are always friendly. This is a place where originality shines. Everyone is unique. The Jolly Roger is my favorite drink! I don’t really like pop cuz I don’t like carbonation but this stuff is super super yummy, I get it every time and always leave wanting more of it but to full to buy more.

Great coffee and pretty neat atmosphere. Food isn't bad, however, last time i was in there, all 4 people in my party had to leave, because they had something in the air that made out eyes burn horribly.

Great food, coffee, some SWAG and coffee accessories on the main street in Petoskey, MI. This restaurant is lasting and popular for good reason, go give it a try! You can also order coffee beans and accessories from their website, so they are a seller after they buy in bulk I guess.

The Colombian Supremo is great FYI, taste as it should. It tastes of cocoa and a smokiness. If you are into getting great coffee just as is or with it smothered in syrups, sugar and cream. No matter how you like coffee and food, you can probably get it here.

We found this place as we were passing through. The ratings were high so we decided to stop and eat. Great decision. The good was top notch. We each had a different sandwich and everyone was very good. The atmosphere was outstanding and the pricing was in line. If you are looking for a great sandwich place and has other things to offer like coffee this is your place.

The ambiance is why I come all the time. It's truly unique, one-of-a-kind. There's a section aside from the main, boisterous tables where you can sit down at and do work while having lunch and a creative yummy hot chocolate or cold drink in the summer.
It's located along the street of lots of other popular shops, so my family will often go to shops we each like, and set a time to meet up here for lunch. So many options for food, drinks, and soups!

They have great friendly service, even when they are busy they manage to get your order done in a timely manner. The coffee is delicious and they have quite the selection. They have great food too, my favorite being the tuna salad sandwich on sourdough. I love this place too much!

Good coffee! Great bacon! Good bread. Fun, funky decor. "Townies" clearly love it, so it's past the locals' test. That counts for a lot!

Excellent soup and sandwich shop in the heart of Petosky. It gets busy so try and come off peak hours. Well worth the wait regardless.

It's a very relaxed atmosphere usually. The music is always good and at a very low volume. The soups are always really great. The sweets are very yummy. The normal coffees and speciality coffees are both amazing, as well as their many other drinks. The staff are always very, very friendly. It's not like Starbucks where they deliberately spell your name wrong; here they actually ask how to spell your name. But at times, the place can be VERY crowded and loud. But usually it's a very relaxed place where many people of all ages come to hangout and warm up. I recommend coming in here at least once if you are a tourist, or even if you're not.

This is an incredible hometown coffee shop. Their drinks are unique and delicious and they're always friendly. It can be extremely busy. The food is also very good and they do a great job with their baked goods. One thing to note, they roast all of their beans in house and you can buy bags of those as well
