  Had to close my checking account to get rid of them. Closed my account multiple times, which was emails upon emails to Paramount Acceptance, and they didn't get back to me until they couldn't draft my account any more, then they wanted more money to close the account. Never join this gym or you will never get rid of them.

  Lure you in with an affordable rate. Try and cancel and they will charge you with a "cancellation fee" and Bill your last month. Didn't realize it would COST me over $50 to not go their gym.
  
  Gym is average. Supplement sellers trying to make a living off you. Very dissatisfied.

  What is the gmail for cancelling membership? ? They will make u pay to cancel, even when they said there is no annual contract. Please reply to let me know what is the gmail to cancel the membership.

  LOVE this gym! The atmosphere is great, the staff is very friendly, and the cleanliness meets good quality. The 24/7 and stand up tanning are definitely a plus. I always recommend this gym to anyone!

  Its a good gym as far as room to move and equipment.. I don't care for the management. Or the wierdo personal trainers who act a bit cocky..then there is the unbearable sunlight that ruins the first row of machines during the morning hours. . I was told some people like it...sun in their eyes ? I doubt that. Plenty of money for new fancy massage and tanning machines but can't block the sun? Pfft

  Typical gym run by a company. It is not bad, it is not great. It is just a place to go workout. Not filthy but not super clean.

  The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Great price too!! No need to go to some super sized pricey gym, Riviera offers it all!
