  I have been a member at Riverside Health and Fitness for a long time. I can honestly say that Josh's review is completely made up and it seems like he has an ulterior motive in putting a bad review and mentioning Golds. That's unfortunate because Riverside is a great gym and I have been really happy here.

  I have been going to Riverside for years and I have never had any problems with the owner or other members. I'm upset to read some other reviews on here because they simply are not true. The owner is very friendly and always improving the gym with new equipment. The trainers are great - I train with Justin and have been for a year. I also regularly take classes. I have lost significant body fat, I am building muscle, and could not be happier with my progress. Riverside is the cleanest, and the best, gym in the area.

  I've been going to the gym for almost 3 years and I love it. They have great classes and the staff is very friendly. I remember when I was signing up for the gym they were not pushy like other gyms to get you to sign up. I also like the fact that their prices are listed online unlike other gyms

  This is the cleanest and friendliest gym I have visited. It is such a wonderful place to bring children and the staff is always great! I enjoyed my free training session and I am so pleased that I can bring my children to the Kids Gym on a few nights when I take classes at the gym. They also enjoy the babysitting room. I highly recommend this facility!

  Riverside is best gym ever. They have excellent classes, best instructors, and it the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a gym.
