  It's all great until your lease expires. Be prepared to pay more or be charged outrageous month to month fees.

  very average apartment complex learned a lot from them on how to be prepared to move. The community accused me of looking suspicious searching to break into their apartments. Fabricating a story of me jumping fences and looking inside windows. The description they had on the Facebook community fit me, slim black male average height and wears a blue hoodie. After my deployment i took the hint and knew not to go back and took my business elsewhere.

  Great community for families(military), extremely nice and friendly personnel. Maintenance issues always fixed quickly and definitely a safe environment. Best apartment complex in Yuma, highly recommend.

  A tad pricey, but overall a good apartment. I lived here last year, and had no problems. The management was nice, fair, and professional, and was quick to answer repairs. I was a bit nervous when I moved in, because some reviews had discussed vehicle damage. However, I didn't notice any evidence of that during my tenacy. It was a good place to live.

  Lived here for 8 month . Great office staff , great grounds with well taken care of grass areas . Feels safe . And every time I had problem with my apartment repair was done the next day .
  Great central location in yuma . Good size of apartments .
  Very satisfied .

  Loving my time here at river park! The staff are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew are always swift with repairs. The apartments are well centered, being walking distance from all essentials. The amenities in the apartments are great as well. Place is great for singles, couples, and small families!

  I absolutely love it here. It's a great place. I really enjoy talking with the staff at the leasing office and the maintenance gentlemen do a great job! If you put in a trouble ticket for anything, maintenance gets it done quickly. Depending on how early, later that day, never anymore than 24 hours later. I like how they want to keep serenity and uniformity in the community as well. There are some rules against decorations on the porches, like flags, however they assure you it's only for peace in the community. One resident could easily feel offended by another's decorations and start a lot of commotion, do they prevent incidents like such from happening that way. However, the apartments are nice and the showers never run out of hot water. Which is fantastic four those with bigger families. Anyone would love living here.

  We love it here! Moved in over the summer after checking out quite a few apartments and houses. We choose River Park, because of how close it is to everything, the floor plan rocks (perfect for our family), and so many amenities! After moving in, we headed straight to the pool. So beautiful and clean! We are still loving the pool, because it's HEATED, and after a long day at work, we frequently unwind with a trip to the spa.
  
  The staff is great! So friendly, quick to respond, and professional! Had a leak in my apartment a week ago after work, and maintenance came out right away, and worked diligently to make sure everything was taken care of.
  
  I would highly recommend River Park to anybody looking for excellent living in Yuma.
