I've have found RJT co. to be very good at what they do , you want authentic you got it . Excellent pricing , not like some other authenticators who over price for lesser goods.

I have purchased hats, suits, holster, and so many more items from River Junction and they have all been excellent. They even made me a suit from my own material. Great bunch of people.

I've ordered a total of three hats over the last two years or so. The first two were entirely satisfactory. The most recent arrived with a poor shape job. Sloppy centerlines so that it wears crooked. Kinda cattywompus. I will reshape some with a home steamer to make it wearable, but River Junction seems to have gotten a bit sloppy or their regular shaper was on vacation or really rushed/distracted. What surprises me is they choose to ignore honest feedback. I think they'll lose customers thru inattention. I doubt I'll order again without some enticement to give them a chance to make things right. Not a happy customer this time.

I ordered something from this place and the coat came. It was not exactly as shown in the picture so I am going to return it. Here are my return options (quote from the email from the store):

1. We can exchange the XXX for another item(s) that you would prefer in which case the only fee would be return shipping.
2. We can give you store credit for the XXX and you can shop at your leisure and when you are ready you can give us a ring or send an email that you are ready to use the credit.
3. We can do a refund of the money minus a 20% restocking fee.

Restocking fee? WTF? I am going to shop at Amazon going forward.second star is only for the relative responsiveness and friendliness of the store keeper.
